Anyone saying this is good removal is crazy. This is a terrible idea for removal unless there's some new broken buffing deck (Prelate doesn't count as it's easy for pally to get it back into play). Mage already has Polymorph which is substantially better for one more mana. The purpose of this card is to get a crazy board going. It's like evolve in that you play something that has terrible stats but a nice battlecry (or something that can get reduced in cost) and then hit it with this for two minions of that price. Corridor Creeper would have been a decent target for example.
Useless spell if you use on your opponent minions as removal
Good if you want to spam the board as aggro mage or kill taunt
I wouldn't call it "useless" at all. Especially buffed enemy minions can be hurtfully replaced. Think of Paladin's Silver Hand Recruits, or the Overload Minions of Shaman, who are mostly overstatted for their cost.
Especially if the enemy has got a full board, the "Summon two copies" won't actually matter too much.
can be used on doomsayers you regularly get from vex crow(but then you get another doomsayer at random)
seems flexible good on minions with powerful battlecries but bad stats, good against buffed 0/1/2 mana minions or maybe destroy a taunt when reaching fir leathal, has synergy with khadgar for 4 minions on the board or even a full board for 8 all you need is a midrange minion on board.
If you play it early on an opponent's card, you have not only lost the tempo of your own possible play that turn, but you have doubled the opponent's.
If you play it late on an opponent's card, you had better removal options.
If you play it early on your creature, you would have been better off playing another creature instead.
If you play it late on your creature, you're risking low-rolling a Hireek or some such when you . . . WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF PLAYING ANOTHER CREATURE INSTEAD.
1/5, would shit upon again.

Helpful Clarification on Forbidden Topics for Hearthstone Forums:
Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
I don't think it's as good as everybody seems to think, it maybe is playable, a 3 mana tax for your 2 copies is quite alot, and if you use it with an enemy you'll have to deal with the 2 bodies. Its not like cube, since you dont have de 4/6 body you could do some shenanigans with. Playable, maybe, but not that op.
Maybe if you build a deck around it with minions with low stats and a good battlecry , with Khadgar and other stuff, but not as a simple stand-alone card that can be added to any deck.
