Yes there is combo disruption potential, but this also just seems solid in a control paladin deck against aggro. As a control deck, you're likely going to have a heavier curve, with stuff like Shirvallah. Now having a dead Shirvallah for the first 10 turn sucks, but this card could pull out your late hitters turn 5 (that could be huge) and pull out something inconsequential from your aggro opponent's deck. Maybe I'm optimistic, but this card seems fair and flexible, so it gets my approval.
I really wish that this was a Warrior card. That class could definitely use some powerful anti-combo ability but it is the start of a HS year so there is some hope. As for the card itself, I like it. It makes Big Paladin a reality in addition to taking out a combo piece in the process. Well played, Blizzard.

Warrior will get plenty of Hecklebots from assembly and Boom.
Anyway I like the flavour of this card. It feels nice knowing that not only warlock can have disruption tools in their class. People theorize Big Fat Paladin decks, which is possible though we have to see the rest of the set. If this archtype does see play, then I would be really pissed losing to a reprint of the recruit mechanic.
The following example might occur in wild and might not be relevant to some of you, but I would like to use it anyway. Imagine for a second, how the paladin plays Duel! on turn 5 and the spell pulls my Kazakus and their Lich King. Not only do I lose a powerful late-game tool, not only do I come closer to fatigue, but their beefy 8-drop survives and can give the paladin a powerful token card. If I don't have a removal for him, I'm in a really bad position, as this can deal 8 damage on the following turn and continue to generate value. This almost feels like Barnes pulling a 1/1 Y'shaarj, which pulls O.G. Y'shaarj.
As I said - I don't know if this archtype will appear next expansion, but I would be very frustrated losing to such cheesy turns.
It's a fun "big" card as well as being combo disruption. I like it quite a bit. I can see this working really well in a large dragon-y type of package.

Well - warrior (like every class) get's heckler. And warrior will see it more than other classes because of Boom and Assembly.

Awesome card
Big Pally with this and Prismatic Lens?
Another combo disruptor. That's all. Can't really include it in any Paladin archetype. and Big Paladin isn't a thing. Unless....
Another combo disrupting card. Interesting too if you're playing some sort of "big" or deathrattle paladin
Edit: I can see Immortal Prelate shenanigans happening
And....It's time to DUEL!!
Summon your opponents Malygos, it attacks your (insert random 1/2/3-drop) - profit!
Snowflipper Penguin vs Deathwing
I love the cards that are being released lately.

Is it an anti combo/otk version of Mass Hysteria?
With divine shield minions like Tirion, you are very likely to win the duel.
A tech card that is also a deck defining card, this is very interesting anyway.
C-c-c-combobreaker!
if you don't play big paladin or perhaps deathrattle paladin then this is worse than hecklebot.
Seems difficult in use
This card's great and one that may encourage how a deck is built. Control Paladin it going to be fun this year.
