Seems decent, but is it decent enough to see play?  Is this better than just running Frostbolt? 

Pretty cool card. At worst its a Frostbolt that does 2 damage instead of 3 and can't hit face which is not great but it's not too bad. It is pretty flexible though. For example you can just freeze minions you can't deal with 2 times or if you have more freezing effects deal 2 damage to finish stuff off. Not the best but it could see some play.

Anything with "If frozen do something" and does not do face damage has been total trash.

Nothing but pack filler. Anything thing that cant go face is garbage

Eh, probably sucks, but I kinda like it. 

They've been pushing board centric freeze mechanic for a long time now, I'm starting to hope it sees play some day. 

Would be kinda cool to have cards like Snap Freeze and Cone of Cold in the meta. 

why are they so insistant on making this frost crap work? It never has and never will. Mage already has enough unconditional removal, they don't need gimmicky shit like this.

We got Shatter, which sucked, then we got Snap Freeze which also saw no play despite being arguably better.

If this dealt 3 damage it would have been good, maybe even great, but there's no reason to play this over Frost Bolt in pretty much any situation

Compared to Glacial Shard, you loose the stats but you gain a lot of utility. Against aggro decks this would significantly slow them down for a 1 mana card. 

This could be really good with spell damage and sorcerers apprentice in tempo mage with freeze effects

The card looks highly versatile, but I am unconvinced. If it dealt face damage as an option, it would have been more worth the inclusion.

It's good in cheap spell decks tho, fuel for Flamewaker in Wild, but whereas this card feeds more, Ice Lance is just an infinitely better finisher anyway...

We watch the video. There is more support for this coming.

Don’t forget it has twinspell and is only one mana.

Being able to freeze 2 minions for 2 mana with 1 card I think is an underrated effect.

Feels like a waste IMO would have like this card name with some kind of limited damage over time effect
