But what does the art/name have to do with windfury, lifesteal and rush?? A walking fountain doesn't sound like it will be fast (rush) or is hitting you quickly (windfury). Lifesteal could be related to water as life maybe.
And the art itself is a big elemental, not resembling a fountain..
as of right now. This is the only class card in shaman that provides healing once the next rotation starts. Healing rain, hot spring guardian, and tidal surge are all rotating out leaving only neutral cards for shaman healing. Now i do not know if there are new healing cards being released for shaman after this card's reveal but if this is the only 1, then this makes this card pretty essential any control shaman in the standard format since it can heal for a hefty amount. This to me is a very important aspect of the card.
Biggest issue with this card is fact that it is slow. Can Shaman get to turn 8 to play this big boy?
How is it slow? It has rush lol! the enemy will just go face? You will clear their board and heal at the same time lol, this card is excellent.
You got response in exactly next sentence. Can shaman get there, and survive.
I never ever said this card is week, but i can imagine games vs aggressive zoo type deck that even if you play this on 8 trade 2 medium size minions, heal for 8 you are still dead next turn (let's say mediocre zoo board Leeroy+soulfire+soulfire). As pointed in my first post, this minion has no taunt so hyper aggressive decks can ignore walking fountain and go face for lethal.
Look it happens ones for a while you just drop zilliax and do nothing, leave it on the board - if you know opponent cant deal with it easy. It have divine shield+taunt forcing awkward/bad trades. Here it just wont happen. That is why i think its slow

Omega Mind + any AoE = 100% health restored nearly every time (albeit on turn 10+)

Do you really think, that after having restored 8 health (and the Fountain maybe still on board) the Zoolock opponent would be still in the position to go for lethal on turn 9? That would require a nearly full board, against Shaman - a class with multiple low-to-mid cost AoEs. Nah.

Haven't it happened before? Odd Paladin? Constantly flooding the board threatening lethal pretty much every second turn?
I do agree with AoE on shaman Lightning Storm, Hagatha the Witch and her newly revealed scheme. But to be honest i don't know, how will it look in 2 weeks, that is why I'm asking questions. Will shaman be able to survive till turn 8 playing control/value deck? I don't know, if you are certain he will be able, good that is your rightful opinion ;)
Very strong, but all the ungoro elementals rotating out is a pretty big hit for elemental support. No more kalimos, blazecaller, stoneshapers or fire flies. Ouch. If it does see play, it'll probably be as a standalone card without using the elemental tag.
If Un'goro elementals were still around, this would be an easy yes.
But even with just Classic, Basic and Year of the Raven cards, Shaman has tons of anti-aggro tools available in the form of wolves, toads and AoE.
If that's not enough, Shaman's not going to be the only class having trouble. But honestly, I haven't seen a lot of strong aggro cards in this set. We're headed into Value Town, my friends, not Aggro Junction.

Even Shaman in WIld
I’d actually put them in the same deck
Walking Fountain + Earthen Might = double profit ;")
Good but potentially to vanilla for inclusion with healing rain gone shaman healing might like this
This is the fountain in Dalaran this card is based upon, by the way.

It's a shame I can't combine this with Flametongue Totem any more since its cost was increased, or this could have helped my control game.

So I'm confused
I don't understand the art direction here...no legs so how can it "walk" and it's not a fountain.
Powercreepy.
Would have been really nice to have as a Corpsetaker activator before it rotated.

Seems really good i could see wild even shaman putting in Corpsetaker because of this.

Really good for late game health needs. 8 health in one turn. And 12 health with elemental bonus 2/2 card
Omega Mind + any AoE = 100% health restored nearly every time (albeit on turn 10+)

Could this make Elemental Shaman good in wild, since all the Ungoro support is going?
Pretty much the best card revealed from the new set so far.
