Super draw dependent, but I appreciate the concept. Probably used in wild decks more than standard, just have to wait and see what else comes up.
Seems to have anti-Shudderwock synergy, which I'm happy to see. Unlikely to allow infinite Shudder in wild if this could even conceivably be incorporated.
I really hope it doesn't create an OTK somehow.. just a value card in deathrattle/value/elemental shaman.
I really have no problem with OTK decks and I expect this card to create at least one for shaman. I ended up accepting they are part of the game and sometimes they can be very fun to play with. :)
I'm making a list of good things that you can copy with this in standard. For now I thought of: alakir, bloodmage thalnos, acolyte of pain, zilliax, cairne, mechanical whelp, splitting forestroot, malygos, ysera, hakkar the soulflayer, argent commander and the just revealed walking fountain.
I could see this being played in a control deck that has thalnos, acolyte of pain, zilliax, cairne, walking fountain and something bigger like malygos or ysera, but I'm not completely sold yet, shaman is lacking some tools to play control and playing such a list would make it almost useless to play hagata (hero), because you need to have a good amount of minions to make her work, we still have to see what will be revealed.
Ps: if I'm missing something tell me, I'm interested in this card.
in wild I can see the synergie enough for shaman to be only running big minions (but then you would need to choose between barnes and this) but in standard I don't think shaman has good enough synergie to make the deck worth it. Shaman doesn't have ressurect for example
This is good. Very good. In a minion-light deck, functions as basically Barnes, but standard. Main issue with combo shaman in STD is the fact that eureka is a 6-drop; ancestor's call's 4 mana is so much better for combo, as you have redundancy in burn, whereas with Eureka you need both bolts and 2/4 (totemic|frost shock). The deck still needs something to discount cost, though, else it's not viable in STD - that, or another 1-mana 3 damage or 0- mana 2 dome damage spell.
Will this make the cut in Wild? Possibly. The option of having two of these instead of one Barnes is good, assuming that it can't turn into the other copy (which would just be weird with the wording).

I don't see thanos or pain, but this goes great in a deck focused on strong minions with this and eureka. Alakir is better as a 4/4, and things like zilliax are great pulls. The deck could use things like rain of toads and spirit wolves so they only have to run big minions. You could run undasta, and a big beast package. Pulling Undasta with this would be crazy. A big shaman could easily exist.

Well Thalnos and Acolyte are NOT great, but you can play them with it I guess if you need card draw... I included them because I kinda doubt that you can play only big minions, unfortunately shaman is not priest, the hero power doesn't help you survive much...
I've experimented a little but with eureka Malygos shaman and the deck performs quite well for an off meta deck, this could very well be the card that makes it meta.
If Malygos is in the deck, you pay 5 mana for Malygos. If it's in your hand, you pay 6 mana. I'm sure this is good enough to win games consistently.
Because standard needs to be a refreshing experience you know, maybe it's finally time for Malygos to shine kappa lol.
If Shaman have more heal spell and low cost removals this expansion I can see big shaman with minion from turn 6 is possible ( except Thanos , i think its an ok pull)

How do you get around the problem that, with Eureka, you absolutely need both Bolts for actually OTKing (eureka/bolt/bolt/2x(totemic|frost shock))? Never found eureka to work for OTKs due to that problem. Particularly as your draw is even worse than the high variance Wild deck, and even that is pushing it on the quality of the draw, so you're not getting to the end of the deck reliably. This will help, but unless you can reliably combo with Maly in hand as well, you're not getting to be a solid deck.

You could put mana tide totem in the draw minion list too, and he's actually better than AoP. I want make this card work so much outside of a malygos combo deck, damn.

Looks cool, seems pretty good, love the art! :D :D :D
Reminder: do not put it in the same deck as Shudderwock, for obvious reasons, they look similar but they do not have synergy.

If you think the artwork is not scary enough, just imagine him with a priest board
Objection!!!

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.

Good thing Dragonhatcher is rotating.
I don't need a 12/12 Deathwing on my board on turn 4 (with Coin).

5 mana It has no sence with low-cost cards. Big shaman or any OTK combo maybe.

shaman has a lot of good battlecries as shudder, elektra, krag'wa... i don't know if we can give up on these cards while making a shaman deck
If Shaman have more heal spell and low cost removals this expansion I can see big shaman with minion from turn 6 is possible ( except Thanos , i think its an ok pull)
Not gonna see any play while Shudderwock is standard
To be fair this art is kinda too spooky for the 6+ card game

Can't see that many uses for this in Standard tbf.
Even if there was a viable way to build a deck running only big minions and Muck Morphers, what would the win condition be.?
Just farting out some value generators won't win you the game and a deck with few minions doesn't exactly benefit from Hagatha either.
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
