I honestly don't even know what to think of this. I guess some pretty nutty combos could come from this, but it can't be any kind of consistent deck. Having to wait 8 turns to draw one combo piece and keep 2 combo pieces in your deck seems pretty unlikely.
I don't understand why the card is rated so highly right now. It just seems too slow and too inconsistent. Maybe useful with shuffle mechanics but that just makes it even slower. I don't see it working out at all.
Also, Mojomaster will wreck this deck if it ever becomes popular
I'm not sure about this one, seems very reliant on RNG. But then, this sounds like Barnes 2.0, and I heard that card was really OP. I suppose a deck with 27 spells + this + Maly + Faceless is not likely to be viable.
Imagine drawing Malygos with this. Of course, I'd need a few minions other than Malygos I'd be okay with drawing instead, in case I draw Malygos before this card. It's going to be tough to build a deck like that, but I would dearly love it to succeed.
I think people are overrating this, I think it will see some play and find a place and will likely be evergreen in Wild, but I see it’s impact being more like Da Undatakah’s from RR - present but minimal
Honestly seems a little slow and unreliable enough to be used in combo. Kind of like trying to use Lunars Pocket Galaxy for OTK decks. I just don't think this card is consistent enough to be used in combo decks. I think this card is better suited to decks with strong battlecry/deathrattle effects. Mostly Wild decks like Big Rogue or Deathrattle Hunter. I'm not sure how great the card will be in Standard at the moment and it's not reliable enough to perform any sort of OTK properly. Time will tell but I think the card atm is a 3 star card but could possibly grow over time.

Barnes is way stronger becuase it's a standalone 4 drop that offers great tempo and can win the game on the spot. This requires great rng, is a poor tempo play and is 4 mana more.
thinking about it a while I think this might fit best into Malygos Druid.
Basically, you can't use this as your sole combo enabler because not drawing your win condition is not reliable enough, and shuffling, then drawing it is also a very inconsistent strategy as you basically open yourself up to 2 turns of assault by your enemy, which most decks won't survive.
However, Malygos Druid has one main advantage in this case: You don'T actually need to get a 1-mana Malygos,, because you have Dreampetal Florist as a backup.
The way I'm thinking of it, you just play your regular Malygos combo with Florist, Floop, and Alexstraza, BUT you use Jepetto as an alternative high roll option, much like Cloning Gallery works in Priest. If you get Jepetto on either Maly, Floop, Alex (or even the Florist tbh) you have significantly more options.
This would also work in Gonk Druid btw, but that deck just seems like an inferior version to Malygos right now. (just changing Maly and Alex to Gonk and Leeroy...or keep the Alex for better KO potential , but that just means more combo pieces needed)
Oh and before everyone's Druid PTSD kicks back in, remember that Druid loses a significant amount of draw power, ramp and armor gain, meaning that they aren't nearly as likely to even survive to pull of the combo, BUT it makes it an option to counter slow decks if they run rampant.
this looks both fun, risky, and potentially dangerous as hell depending on how slow the meta is - 1-cost malys, velens, rags, etc. are nothing to scoff about
there's also PLENTY of generally good-value cards like 1-cost Star Aligner, or a 1-cost Carnivorous Cube in wild
at the end of the day i'm unsure how good this will be, or how long it takes to become a combo-breaker within the next 2 years, but definitely has some fun flavor and uses to the point where i'm considered it a day 1 craft

1-cost Star Aligner means you need another 7-Health minion though
I rate such cards for all formats. If it would be for Standard i'd likely go for "Playable" but as for wild it is definitely "Meta Defining", because it is much more easy to pull it off there thanks to better stalling tools (like the 1000 priest boardclears - Maly and Velen are obviously the best targets too and it could be a plan B if you do not draw Zereks Cloning Gallary).

completely true and prob not viable enough in standard due to cards like Nesting Roc rotating out, but i still feel like this is an addition worth considering
the issue with star aligner decks usually isn't that they don't have enough 7-health cost minions, but more around the fact that it's pretty hard to keep a board with exactly 7 health across with how slow you're playing
that being said, a 1-cost star aligner is a liability if you're playing the deck on emergency clutch mode, but I think being able to pull off the combo quicker easily outweighs the con of having a stricter game plan
This is obviously the new Barnes just more expensive and flexible. I definitely think it has the potential to be meta defining in combo style decks. I've already got lots of ideas for playing around with this card but I also foresee a lot of people complaining about the high roll potential. Mage and Druid have the best chance to use this card effectively but depending on the cards introduced you could see other classes try it out.

Malygos, togwaggle's scheme and then this. Seems pretty solid.
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.

Oh, Lethal - where did you go? I miss you all the time.
Fits perfectly in a high-cost hand buff pally deck.

Togwoggle into the draw 3 with 0 mana wand is much much better.
Crazy in Wild with Cubes!!

Seems really slow and Rogue has never been able to play any sort of control build. It just lacks the proper tools to survive the mid/late game.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.

Always expect the unexpectable!

Meh. It's one of thoese RNG Cards that can totally change a win to instant loose if you play against it . I dislike it.
