There aren't many cards you'd like to destroy quickly, but the reward in form of Lackeys is nice. I think Warlock can benefit from all avaliable Lackeys, and Warlock zoo had competiteve variants where they benefited from minions dying.
What I also like in this card, besides being a good addition to Zoo, is that it also works wonders with Arch-Villain Rafaam. You can use it to either fill your hand with two more cards to transform into Legendaries or to get Lackeys after you play Rafaam.
I assume Lackeys will get buffed, because the Spirit buffs minions after a friendly minion on the board dies, so the Spirit will wait for the full effect to resolve and then give a buff.
In my opinion, this will be bad until they add more Lackeys in to the game. And since it's a class card, warlock zoo/lackey deck should become a thing for that to be useful.

Rating this better than the priest one. Can always do something like - Kobold Librarian or EVIL cable rat into this and then Rafaam the extra lackeys you don't use into legendaries later.
Kobold librarian is rotating... Maybe we get some good eggs in this expansion too
Card text sounds like the battlecry would be optional. But I guess not. So far killing your own minions for a bonus effect never worked (only Power Overwhelming was used). At least this time you get other minions, so maybe. But I doubt it.
Anyway, this expansion puts a lot of weight into the value game. Lets see whether the tempo driven nature of hearthstone gives enough space for the cards...
These cards will never be good if you're killing something small enough that you don't really mind killing it. You need targets that you actively want to kill, and right now, that's just Scarab Egg, which fills your board too much to be used in zoo.
If this card is supported by another egg (i.e. if a new Nerubian Egg were printed) this card could be really powerful. As is, Coin + Scarab Egg on turn 1, leading into an EVIL Genius on turn 2 is a pretty interesting combo for a zoolock--5/5 in stats on turn 2, with 2 cards generated to hand is great tempo.
I like it. Feels like a good fit for a midrange-y zoo deck. 2 mana for 2 cards is always gonna be pretty good, even if you need to destroy something small on your board.
Coin Scarab egg, this, lackey lackey, grim rallye sounds like a good opener to me.
Occasionally gives helpful advice.

How does the timing work with this and Spirit of the Bat? Will the Lackeys be buff targets?

a fk u to anyone that thinks in ZOO.
go face!

Well, this card and the Lackeys will push Glinda Crowskin (and with Summoning Portal) a lot.
I mean some good one drops to use it on potentially the swamp dragon egg card and the imp that when it dies give a minion +2 health.
mech 1/1 summon another mech
dark pact
grim rally
Inb4 Zoo lakeylock becomes a thing

Well, looks like this is why they want us to fill our boards with Imps.

Really?
Dark Pact (work so incredible well needed to be nerfed) and Shadowflame want to have a talk with you...
zoo is back on the menu boys
Is back? Looks like never go away...
