It's between okay and good. Not "super wow OP". Just decent. That means it could see a lot of play, because it can fit into many decks and you can get some value out of it. But on the other hand it's no build around legendary, so that you can still play the decks if you are missing the legendary.
Were probably get another choose one card in this set, besides that, seems like a fun legendary to toy with. Would be a silly pack one pick one in arena.
The two mana 2/3 make this a very good card. Even with a low number of choose spells and i expect we will get one new spell that fit´s. It´s close to auto include into most druid decks.
less tempo but more value than fandral. Easier to combine as well due to the 2 mana cost. The powerlevel entirely depends on what options are available, would be bonkers with a card like jade idol but not that good with current choose one card pool.
I think he's not necessarily weaker than Fandral, as you actual get more value, even though it's stretched out longer. A lot of the choose one cards that Fandral doubled on weren't a necessity (Nourish late game, for instance).
Now let's see the rest of the Druid cards to see where it's heading. :)

In Standart only 3 useful spells: Wrath, Power of the wild (only for token aggro), Mark of the Loa (for token too, or maybe some midrange).
Ok value with Starfall, but starfall is too slow and using it with 2 mana minion is worse. With Nourish maybe, but again, you must use it 2 turns later or for 8 mana just for value.
Looks like Blizz wants value game again, only bad thnigs - Mecha'Thun is still there and Malygos too, will see. Need more spells, i m 100% sure, they will give druid new Choose One spell.
PS for wild, it's really good, jade idol, a lot of cheap spells for Auc. like Raven, 1 mana little treants and other things for token. For now, it's wild card.
I think this will be VERY annoying in Wild, but not so much in standard. It is a worse Fandral Staghelm with a Nourish that now costs 6 mana and who needs a copy of a gain 2 mana crystal Nourish after you just jumped to 9 mana?
This may help a token deck with Power of the Wild, but unless this expansion gives some better "Choose One" options, this card is just Playable.
My gut reaction is this is bad. It's too easily removed, you'll only get one turn out of it before it's toast and I'm not sure any of the Standard spells are worth it. Unless Druid gets a killer Choose One spell in RoS I can't see it. In Wild it won't work with Malf or minions so Fandral is still better.
This is way worse than Fandral for many reasons, but mostly because its way less likely to survive a turn 4 5 play for a Nourish combo. Even if you do pull it off, Fandral essentially gets you two ramp and three cards for three four mana on turn 5 6. This gets you two ramp for the three four mana on turn 5 6 and then two more ramp and three cards for 8 10 mana on turn 6 8. Basically 6 8 more mana (and an two extra turns) for two more ramp.
EDIT: Forgot Nourish was nerfed! Have not seen a lot of Druids lately...

No the spells won’t cost 0 they will cost the original spells cost.
The 0 cost on the choose one effect is just to show choosing a choice doesn’t cost extra. (Same thing happens on minions).
Now we know why Power of the Wild had updated card art in the reveal stream for the choose one options. 😄

Nice card, isn't broken but things that involves choose one effects and allows you to play both have use

So I guess this is why Power of the Wild had new art. All the Choice cards are getting distinct art to tell them apart at a glance.
