Anything that can give zero cost cards to Rogue is bad. Rogue has a lot of them already, and can use them highly effectively. Along with bouncing effects and the ability to thus replay this a number of times, yeah, this will be a good deck.
That said, still loses to aggro, but so does everything else.
Well damn. At first I was only looking at the wand combos, but now I realise many decks can benefit from Heistbaron Togwaggle:
Tolin's Goblet can be used with Arcane Giant in wild or maybe with pogo hopper lel. Or if you run him in Q Rogue in wild, you can generate bunch of cheap chargers. Wondrous Wand enables combos as mentioned several times before. Zarog's Crown in tempo/mid-range rogue. Golden Kobold will probably see the least amount of play, but it can replace weak 1- or 2-drops so this is also playable.

This card is going to get nuked from orbit. If you have a lackey in hand by turn 4 and drop a Spirit of the Shark, you can coin this out on turn 6, creating two treasures and then immediately using Preparation to draw 3 free cards or summon 2 legendaries. That's Barnes-level RNG stomping people and it is going to make a lot of people really salty.
I can't believe everybody thinks this is busted, I always forget how bad heartpwn users are at evaluating cards.
I actually think it is a terrible card. Rogue cannot play the control game, you have no more tutoring (bye minstrel), no more razorpetals so even if you get to play triple maly with a nut-draw (you have to draw naturally three legendaries AND survive till at least turn 7) you don't have 0 mana damage spells to play on the same turn. I really don't see how any of this could possibly work.
Haha, I actually see your point quite a bit here!
But.... While most of the extreme cases that some of us are describing here won't actually happen, this is still a SUPER strong card! Let's face it, there aren't many decks that can survive one Zarog's Crown let alone the possibility of multiple ones.

You mean Preparation will be nuked from orbit, right? )))

Prep is the most iconic rogue card, but i think they have to fix it or this new legendary...
We've had that conversation every rotation for three years and the devs are not down with putting Preparation in the hall of fame, despite the danger it poses.

I hoped they'll just let prep to retire into a hall of fame... Now I am pretty sure that it will be warsong commandered. That new 6 mana upgraded assassinate is another reason for that.

You seem to be the only sane person in this whole thread, I'll sit with you.
In fact it is not busted. It is a good card but weak because it is a rogue card that it is not able to heal himself. When you are facing this type of fancy rogue it is an easy win when you hit always the face. In order to not let the rogue to generate value. It is always always the same point. Blizzard is creating always the rogue able to generate a lot of value and this is what kill control decks but very weak against aggro decks. This is always increasing the rogue's position in rock paper scissors. Being raped by aggro and destroy control. It is a wrong card. Pointless.

I would really like to enjoy a talk with both of you in a month... Especially because you seem to talk about sanity. Grats beforehand.

Allow me to elaborate:
All these apocalyptic scenarios people are coming up with regarding this card seem to overlook one tiny detail - there (usually) is another person in the game, playing against you, pressuring and killing your stuff.
There is obvious sinergy with some current Rogue cards, but for it to be as busted as people are claiming, it will have to work consistently.
Myra's + Togwaggle + Lab Recruiter + whatever? Sure, if you can draw Myra's by turn 5, keep a lackey alive, draw your Preps when needed and have a Recruiter in hand or rely on it coming from Myra's. You'll also have to have your hand pretty empty by then.
Tog + Pogo's for a full hand of Pogo? Yeah, that wont do you much good. Pogo Rogue's already ahead on Control matchups, this adds nothing. Vs other decks it's just too slow.
Tog + anything? Give me enough survivability, which is Rogue's biggest liability and we'll see where it goes.
I'll wait for the rest of the cards, but this isn't nearly as busted as people are making it to be.

Togwaggle for Zarog's Crown + Preparation is just nuts.

Join me at Out of Cards!
The card seems insanely OP. It won't be hard to control a lackey to get the effect.

I hate it. It is another horrible recycle.

But point taken!

This is because they are trying to vomit out 3 expansions a year! Anything to keep us paying.
Just send cards to Wild or Hof and then make a reincarnation in a new flavor. Ex. Jan'Alai and this new Dr.Boom card!

I hope to get it golden from the bundle, it's likely will get nerfed at some point
F##k it - I'll go all in - i would say it's the most overpowered card for this class.
