Is this card a sign they are printing more mechs, seeing the utter failure of the Boomsday Project to get mechs popularized again?
Boomsday project failed to get mechs popular simply because of powerlevel of UNG, KFT, K&C cards. I am quite sure that meta of 2018s+classic would see quite few mech decks.
They'll clearly give more mechs to warrior because Boom... And looks like hunter (or hunter & paladin) will be represented with Dalaran's mechs. I will be very surprised if there will be no meta mech decks after the rotation.
So I voted for "Dust it", but I want to mention an aspect to think about: remember what people said about Possessed Lackey? Too slow, weak body, does nothing when it comes into play, deathrattle must be activated. Literally, the same critique as this card receives. And how strong did it turn out? It was even nerfed!
Expect more Deathrattle Mechs in Hunter. And even a lot of options currently in standard are pretty good with this card. I'm a it sceptic regarding Mech Hunters as a whole right now since they're a bit low on draw though.
This first thing I thought about when seeing this was the potential to flood your board with mechs like Piloted Reaper. So turn 8, Oblivitron + Fireworks Tech to pull Piloted Reaper, which would trigger and summon a 2-drop. If the average 2-drop has a raw stat value of ~5 pts, then you are producing 22 pts of value across 4 minions for 8 mana, which would normally get you between 17 and 20 in stat points [think The Lich King, 8 mana 8/8 with Taunt who generates at least one card, which is slightly better than a draw in most cases (~2-3 pts), giving him an overall score of 19+]. While this combo may seem far fetched, it at least highlights some potential decks Oblivitron could fit into.
Im pretty sure they want hunter down i dont see any good quick play cards on hunter bad legend cards, expensive spells with no good chains combo not a single neutral beast on expansion

I think Vereesa's good, but doesn't really fit into a deck yet maybe. There is so much spell generation in this expansion, though. Even without To my Side and Rhok'delar they clearly want spell-focused hunter to continue to be a thing.
This card is... okay? The meta is going to be totally different so it's a really, really tough call. Nothing's jumped out at me as the go-to and I think a lot of decks which have been pretty bad for a long time (like treant druid for example) are actually looking pretty attractive now.
Apart from this card there are only 3 new mechs in the whole expansion. It's like a middle finger to the guy who designed this card. Guy1: "Hey guys, I have an idea for a Hunter legendary, but we have to design a few more mechs with deathrattle this expansion." Guy2:"Sure thing, bud." Guy1 leaves. Guy2:"Fuck him, nobody likes Mechs."
Yeah but Safeguard is a good damn mech to pull with this. And there're other good results like spider bomb that're already in the game. Even pulling Zilliax from this if it's on your turn is pretty decent.

Ok, there is the big difference that the Lackey pulls it from the deck and this is most likely the crucial point here. But I just wanted to remember how wrong the community has been proven the last time the judged an overcosted deathrattle minion. I really should update my signature more often...

Unless we see some surprise new Mech synergy, this is just too slow and limited.
May see some play with further expansions though. Don't dust...
Slow card, can't compete with Savanah highmane unless we see a bunch of OP mechs revealed this expansion.
Could work in wild. Will not see play in standard i think.
My current mage deck (wild,reno,otk,highlander)
My current hunter deck (wild,reno,highlander)
