Togwaggle’s scheme.. Good-bad, opinions about this card are divided.
Therefore let me give you a list of possibiltys what you can do with the new rogue card. I hope this informations helps us all, if you got any other ideas please let us know!
Togwaggle’s scheme ideas and possibility:
-You can create extra captain hooktusk, tess greymane and chef nomi to basicly ensure yourself to always have strong board presence in late game. Thus it can be used as a sort of control tool.
-This card had good sync with myra, when playing as thief rogue, and your playing myra it is possible to mill your own academic espionage card. Therefore unabeling you to effectively playing other classes cards. Togwaggle’s scheme could be used as a reserve academic espionage.
-Don’t forget that this card is only 1 mana and can be used as a combo activator and/or be played with gadgetzan actioneer
-it is the spiritual successor of hallucinate and it basicly guarentees us to have atleast a 3 star rank card from another class. Therefore this gives rogues some flexibitly because it can be used in early and late games.
What are you’re toughts and what do you think of my list of possibiltys and if you got some other ways to play with this card please let us know!

All of that is great...if the Rogue survives...which is still pretty difficult.
Spectral Cutlass is vulnerable to weapon removal...and frankly it's just not that great. Zilliax is a pretty limited use option (Pogo Hopper).
So yeh - Rogue is going to go infinite. But contrary to decks like Jade Druid or DMH Warrior, the lack of recovery is going to make going infinite less troublesome than it has been in other classes.
"I have seen worlds bathed in the Makers' flames, their denizens fading without as much as a whimper. Entire planetary systems born and razed in the time that it takes your mortal hearts to beat once. Yet all throughout, my own heart devoid of emotion... of empathy. I. Have. Felt. Nothing. A million-million lives wasted. Had they all held within them your tenacity? Had they all loved life as you do?"
Why do I have a feeling, that rogue is about to get interesting legendaries and epics from this expansion? If this is the case and if they are as fun to play as Tess/Pogo rogue, you bet I will craft all of them. This is the "hidden truth" for me.
Can't wait to see all the stupid fun shit streamers are gonna do with this card. Already afraid of that one very op deck that will constantly beat me on ladder utilizing this card.
Captain hooktusk can be interesting, but it is a slow move, your deck is not going to be too strong just because of this. Tess Greymane, that is a little bit too much don't you think? This deck is already too slow, Togwaggle Scheme can be included, but it will be just another card for more value. About Chef Nomi, did you realize that after using it the Scheme on Nomi, the others will not trigger the battlecry? So if you shuffle 5 copies of it into your deck, you will have 5 turns until you trigger the battlecry...
Gadgetzan actioneer is used to cycle through your deck fast enough to draw you combo pieces, using the Scheme are just going to fill your deck with things that you problably don't want to, specially if you are shuffling Gadgetzan itself that is a 6 mana 4/4.
"Successor of hallucinate"? It is a completly different card, you just shuffle more minions into your deck (probably rogue minions), that will not trigger your dagger, will not have a surprise effect over your enemy and cannot be used on turn 1 neither on an empty board. So, no it is not a Sucecessor for hallucinate...
This card can be good in mill rogue, tempo pogo hopper, some control rogue deck for value or maybe some combo deck that is coming. But nothing OP, just a card that can add value to your deck.
Rogue had been able to go infinite since lab recruiter, and that saw no play. Radically different meta, but I'm not expecting it to be that much beer than what rogue already has

It's not a matter of the card being OP or not. It's that these kind of cards keep Control in check. It also gives Rogue a way to do some crazy OTK style stuff as well. It means you cannot out last a Rogue deck and now they have a win condition too. This is not just value, this wins games.
If I shuffled the Lich King into my deck 5 times, how is any control deck going to deal with all of those AND the cards I get from them? I know the Lich King is rotating, but you get the idea.
How about Ysera then? If I am able to get Ysera turn after turn, what is a control deck going to do?

Rogue can do all of this now. But it isn't? Why?
Because this costs 1 mana and it can be done the same turn as Ysera. Any 8 drop works with the Lab Recruiter as well. As far as why not now? It's because the meta game does not allow the style to exist right now. With Aggro heavily represented, it wont work.
With rotation, it will have room to breathe, unless the only viable decks are Aggro.
Personally, I do play this style Rogue now, and I beat control very easily. And having more copies of Lab Recruiter means more chances to draw them.
Also, Rogue was heavily hit with the nerfs and no one is playing Odd Rogue anymore. I think value Rogue, Pogo Rogue and other decks just don't do well right now.
Shuffling Hooktusk or Tess would probably be way too slow, but this card is going to be great with cheaper minions like pogo hopper and not to mention how bonkers it will be in wild.
This card can be really bad for wild. shuffling a lot of Coldlight Oracle for 1 mana is gonna be nuts and make mill rogue better and that deck is already hated. In standard it will be fun but there's always the possibility of a card in this expansion or in the future that will make this card bonkers. It will be fun.

I don't think shuffling anything will help you against aggro, which is what mill rogue struggles against. If mill rogue will be hated by decks like big priest then GOOD.

There is no hidden truth for me. This card is absolutely nuts and will enable rogues to beat control and combo decks all by itself.
This card also enables its own OTK decks in Rogue.
If you read the thread I put in my own thoughts already, but this card will keep Rogue relevant and keep OTK and Control decks in check.
I'll just quote myself from elsewhere on this forum...
Good luck shuffling 8x Chef Nomi back into the deck and not being able to play anything for 7 turns.
I don't think people are planning on doing that. They're going to play Nomi and then shuffle back in something else.
Pogo-Hopper Rouge will be absolutely bonkers with this card and Lab Recruiter, and Augmented Elekk. Myra's Unstable Element to empty your deck at some point and then fill it with Pogo-Hoppers. Its going to be the new Jade Druid.
If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
Is there any cap limit to upgrades?
no, but keep in mind the deck size limit can be up to 60 cards.
I don't have much hope for this card but we'll have to wait until we see the rest of the set is revealed
