This card has quite a lot of potential with spirit of the shark actually
As an example, turn 5 or turn 7 if you want to do this in 1 turn.
1. turn 4, play stealthy shark thing. turn 5, play backstab, prep, coin or other combo enabler. Play this card for 3 mana and get 4 lackeys. You have 2 mana left over to play 2 of your lackeys AND get double the benefits. Holy cow that is extreme value.
2. Turn 7, play stealthy shark thing, then play this card and get 4 lackeys. Turn 8, go hog fricking wild. Seriously, do whatever you want. Then play all 4 of your lackeys, getting double the benefits AND still have 4 mana left over. So why not just Prep and Sprint while you are at it too.
This card requires support to be good, but I think we already have it, and all the new cards are not even out yet. I think this will be stronger than people realize. These are NOT spare parts, these are far superior.
Looking at the Lackeys again and I'm wondering if some token-esque style of Rogue deck would be viable? These cheap Lackeys seem to imply a Zoo deck (cheap 1/1s that enable favorable trades, damage, resources, and upgrades).

NO
Rogue has no good 1 drops to be zoo. Rogue has no mass buffs to be zoo. Rogue has no cards that benefit from summoning or killing your tokens. Rogue's heropower neither generates nor draws tokens...
On other hand all "evil classes" should have their own lackey generators, so zoo and token shamans are very real possibilities.

No, huh? So you can predict the future?
My apologies for thinking outside the box.

I obliviously can't predict the future but there are logical assumption. Sure, there are some possibility that Blizzard will go "let's screw class identity" and give rogues absurdly good token-related cards. Like the whole expansion full of them. But is is very-very unlikely.

Who says they need to be class cards? Fire Fly has dominated the 1-drop slot in token/aggro and midrange decks since we got it, and as it's rotating out, is it completely unreasonable to think we might get a decent neutral 1-drop? We've gotten decent neutral 1-drops in pretty much every expansion.

Looking forward to this in arena at least. Makes you wanna play second. Coining this out will probably be the right play usually. But even in standard this will be good with shadowstep to fill the hand and shark. With shark this will be busted... This could be year of the shark and not year of the dragon.

Shark card. Arena Fanatic does mind this at all.
