Kingsbane Rogue (with Valeera the Hollow) used to be tier 1 in Wild, dude. Also, the way you measure how good or bad a card is seems to be ridiculous as hell, you can't be serious...
I viewed the viability of a card based on its impact on the meta. I know off-meta decks play many of the cards I listed, but the topic is based on your favorite bad card so I was going on the basis that a card is based on its meta impact and its prevalence. I also listed some quests that required a deck to be built around them. Discard Warlock isn't a bad deck imo, but Lakkari Sacrifice itself is still a bad card in that deck (though I'm probably wrong so feel free to correct me). I did forget about Valeera the Hollow in wild so thank you for mentioning her inclusion and impact in Kingsbane decks. Uther of the Ebon Blade is a core card in Rastakhan OTK Paladin, but that deck's statistical win-rate is low I believe.
One of my favorite bad rare cards is Holy Wrath (forgot to mention it earlier) which is a core card in an obvious deck but I don't view it as a good deck nor Holy Wrath as a good card. It is a really fun card that can win games nonetheless.
lol because i made a deck with both of these together at one point but always get annoyed because it would always be in my hand in first 2-3 turn. Same when i made a hakkar hunter.
Kangor's Endless Army, I love the card design, but whenever I see it, I cry at the fact that Mech's aren't a viable deck archetype.
I've been tinkering around with a mech deck that isn't...great, but it's not bad ;)
I do wonder about Kangor's Endless Army, though. How can Warlock have a DK that bring back a board full of minions and Hunter has a hero that cast unnerfed Yogg power level of spells, but Paladin gets 3 stinking mechs back?!? Come on Blizzzzzzzzz

Ohh, agreed, yet they did make them and still haven't nerfed them. They should at least bump Kangor's Endless Army to 8 and have it bring back 5 mechs.... at least. Since it only brings back magnetic buffs, it's not like there's a whole lot of options. Or make it "Discover three different mechs that have died. Those mechs keep their magnetic buffs" so you can have less of a chance of getting crap. Not salty one bit. Nope not me. Anyone who things so must have their font set to Webdings or Comic Sans cause you ain't reading me right ;)

That'll do, Huffer. That'll do.
He worked pretty well in my old mech druid deck back when GvG was released. All those spare parts.
Deathwing, Dragonlord
Hopefully the year of the dragon will come up with something nice for this card, or I will dust my golden deathwing at last, I need the dust. :/
This was a good card at one point. It's too slow currently but still fun off-meta.

Seeping Oozeling approves
I do what I must, when I must. Know this well.
I really like cards that have a cool effect but a lot of downsides or not enough synergy with existing cards. The following are legendaries which fall under this description imo: Majordomo Executus, Mimiron's Head, Moorabi, The Darkness, Knuckles, Hex Lord Malacrass, Hir'eek, the Bat, Acidmaw, Anub'arak, Wilfred Fizzlebang and Cho'gall. I've always had lofty ambitions about making a Control Value Rogue work with Trade Prince Gallywix, Anub'arak, and Valeera the Hollow without resorting to Kingsbane. Some day maybe. Some day...

Fun > Meta
I love using Brainstormer in Malygos rogue. Always catches people off guard when I play a 3/7 on turn 3.
Definitely Chameleos.
Didn’t even get that from the pack, I crafted him.

50% Void Contract.
All cards are balanced, but some cards are more balanced than others.
I wouldn't exactly call Bloodreaver Gul'dan and Zul'jun ideal baselines for power level.
