Unpopular opinion, but I'm gonna say no. Edwin doesn't really see much play nowadays, and in this meta [both Odd and Tempo] Rogue prefers Hench-Clan Thug on 3 over Edwin. If you wait, by the time you play him for the payoff, your opponent usually has an answer for him.
DK Valeera is better, but leaving Standard in a few months. So... neither? I'd keep it for Rogue's next legendaries.
Just wait til rotation and Hall of Fame. You never know...
If he gets HOf'ed, which I doubt, you will get full dust refund (without DE'ing him)
I packed golden Preperation yesterday and since this might be HoF'ed I'll keep it till rotation.
Good point however, if something like Preparation does get HOF'd, it could inadvertently make Van Cleef worse. I would still wait since nobody knows what the meta will even be like.
You cannot discount Edwin VanCleef with it, but you can generate huge swings that buff Edwin very easily, and this is a thing in both Keleseth Rogue and Myracle Rogue.
While in Odd Rogue, Edwin is strong but replaceable.
Valeera the Hollow is only good in slow Midrange or Combo/Mill decks. AND she rotates soon.
OR you can just join Wild with no worries about what gets HoFed and Rotated!

Boys craft priest cards, men craft VanCleef

Edwin is 💯% craft dk are gone unless u play wild
Edwin is a reasonable choice, but he doean't see much play. Valeera can guarantee two months of pure memery.
Also, if you have good classic collection, you can pull Edwin out of brawl pack.
Playing Hearthstone in German solely for Garrosh sounds. Sieg oder Tod!

I would hold it in case they HoF Preparation.
