When you buff jeklik in had and than you discard it you get two copies of buffed Jeklik. I don´t have any videos or photos now.I discovered this when I crafted random deck for quest.
Yes, this is how it works. Buffs are lost when a card goes back in a game stage.
Stages are: Deck -> Hand - Play
So the buff is lost if it goes from play to hand or from hand to deck (unless stated otherwise like Kingsbane or Immortal Prelate) but are kept when goes from deck to hand (buff by Prince Keleseth, for example), copied from opponents library to your hand (priest stealing cards) or from hand to play.
