Both are extremely unbalanced in odd paladin and nerfing Baku would nerf other weak decks. Odd rogue and Odd pally are just braindead and really should have been addressed a long time ago.
I greatly disagree, since Odd Paladin and Odd Rogue are keeping Aggro afloat.
In the Hearthstone ecology, removing Aggro from the Tier 1 meta would cause Combo to dominate the game. Combo is already doing extremely well, it doesn't need any help.
If the purpose is to nerf Odd Paladin and Odd Rogue relative to other aggro decks, then you'd have to simultaneously nerf Combo decks, which is a big mess, or boost other aggro decks to take the place of these decks in Tier 1 status, which would just lead to complaints about the new decks.
The best time to really shake up the game is the rotation, coming up in April. So if we want new aggro Kings than Odd Pally and Odd Rogue, we should let our voices be heard and the developer can react accordingly.
I don't know that there's an easy method for making Aggro decks more difficult to play. In order for an Aggro deck to be good it has to be consistent, and has to play lots of low mana cards, which historically do not have complex effects. The game would have to be reconsidered on a profound level to attempt to make Aggro decks challenging.
Anyway, none would ever play an 8 mana weapon since you can simply run Tirion Fordring that provides both a better weapon and a Big Body

IMO, anyone who says that some deck is "braindead", is in fact, totally braindead himself. I give ZERO weight to the opinion of braindead people.

Oh well blizzard agreed partially with me so there's that. Also yes, no matter what the case, decks like zoo, odd rogue, and odd pally are braindead. They take 0 skill whatsoever to play. Hence with Witchwood you saw all of those "OMG I MADE LEGEND FOR THE FIRST TIME" from rank 20 players.
Good thing they only partly agreed. It'd suck to have both Vinecleaver and Level Up! at the same mana cost for Even Paladin.
The new status quo seems good: Even has the best ways to leverage lots of dudes (Level Up!, Sunkeeper Tarim, Equality and trade), but doesn't have a lot of ways to generate lots of dudes. Odd now can generate lots of dudes, but doesn't have the best cards for exploiting the large numbers. That's a good balance. With the Totems and Loas in RastaRumble, Bliz wisely made a lot of the powerful cards odd/even exclusive, so that you couldn't combine them in Genn/Baku decks.

Aggro> Combo
Combo> Control
Control> Anti-aggro/ Midrange
Anti-aggro/Midrange> Aggro

Ill use the standard blizzard statement here. "They rotate out soon so it dosent matter."
