Been messing around with this card since I got it for my free legendary, it's fun but not entirely sure about the long term viability of Halazzi, the Lynx (I don't have the quest card for hunter btw) So what is everyone's thoughts on this card so far?
The card surprised me, the lynxes are extremely flexible to do damage exactly where you need it. Great for decks that need to keep board control troughout the game (AKA, historically pretty much any hunter deck until recently) There are a couple of hunter decks right now that just don't run out of steam and/ or can take control at a later stage. Don't put this card in those decks, but the meta will change. Maybe now, maybe come rotation (for hunter rexxar rotating out is a huge deal and will affect the viability of a lot of decks). Play it in more agressive decks now, or keep it for later. Definitely don't dust it.
The card is pretty good and the whole notion that "oh it makes quest hunter good" is a complete lie. What made the quest bad is that it's difficult to complete AND the reward is bad so don't worry, you aren't missing much by not having it.
That being said, I love the card. It feels a lot like Houndmaster Shaw in that the card pretty much lets you seize back control of the board and overall it's really flexible. It's definitely going to see more play in the future in the same way Shaw is seeing play right now.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
I think it’s great, and I’ve been having a blast experimenting with it in quest hunter. What I’ve noticed, though, is that this archetype just doesn’t have a great big bomb to carry the game against a long-play combo deck like Shudderwock or Mechacthun or Four Horseman Pally. It’s great to control the board, but it needs some kind of ended. The quest doesn’t really carry it.
I thought it may have been overhyped, but this card has done wonders in tempo hunter for me. it's not as straightforward a card as it appears, since simply flooding the board with 1/1's is the most common play everyone seems to do next to Shrine of the Lynx.
My experience has been that buffs like Houndmaster and Crackling Razormaw make this card a source of serious power for intelligent trades and setup for lethal.

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
I've Been running this home brew list and have been having a blast with it, playing at rank 7 and winning quite a few games and with the Hyena they are great. It sucks when the zooka pull him but thats few and far between. Great Flavor card IMO.

Useless in almost every situation, except for the Zombeast pool.

Or use the tokens to make Scavenging Hyena great again!
single handedly made Quest Hunter playable (not good, but playable)
honestly, Halazzi is my biggest hope that som daay we migth be able to use Toxmonger in a non-Quest deck. poisonous 1/1s with rush are just great
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
dust it
been using it in midrange hunter decks with Toxmongerand the new 2 drop that silences taunts, people do not really stick a board against you anymore.
