This is a nice flexible card, a lot of druids are running 2x mind control tech I would def switch one for this card, the flexibility is nice for different match ups. Would def include in Maly druid. 3/5
A card that can be used in every deck, and thus bad designed, but surely a strong pick due to flexibility. The common cards related to the four forms of Loti are bad of course, but the fact you can choose which one 'pick' during your game is a significant advantage: if your opponent plays an aggro deck, you build a wall, if you need the extra damage on swipe (sometimes it may happen) you get the spelldamage form, if you need to remove a threat facing a control deck you can choose the poisonous form and so on.
Even withouth Fandral my prediction is Loti will se play in most of druid's deck, as DK Malfurion did (also the DK was considered meh due to 'boringness', but it turned out to be a very solid card played in basically every druid archetype except some hadronox lists).
I think this is just plain good utility. People who think this is bad are really sleeping on the versatility of this. It's really good on curve when you miss your wild growth. It's something you can just throw down and have some kind of impact on whatever the board state, think of how often you throw down MC Tech just for a 3/3 just to get things out of your hand so you can UI.
Poison/stealth is good disruption, especially turn 3. That disrupts Evenlock giant, hench clan thug, houdnmaster shaw, type snowball turns very hard, and I don't think they have a good way to stop it.
1/6 taunt is decent against aggro. If something like odd pally don't use a resource to kill it, that is basically a board wipe. Against stuff like zoo/odd rogue it can put a 2hp minion to 1 HP in your swipe turn.
The spell damage isn't great but it can be used in a pinch to get a clear/removal you might normally not. Feel like the body on this one is worse than it should be.
Rush is just good. kill a 4 HP thing is decent a lot of the time.
I actually really like this card. Cool flavor and design. It's a simple but interactive card. Maybe druid's current core is so tight that it won't be in every deck but I think after rotation this is a clear staple.
It's....fine. Some decks will probably play it because it's not terrible. But when budget players ask "Do I have to craft" the answer will always be "no."
For a legendary, I wold expect all of the options to be good to decent. Here the options are equal to or less than rare level cards. Honestly even the fandral one is underwhelming, given how hard it is to stick fandral on the board.
It just feels really...ordinary? I'm not sure this is as bad as others are saying and I think this is really just a Tar Creeper with some bling. It's not the worst but it's definitely no Ragnaros the Firelord
It's nice to be able to choose what you need at the moment, but this is one of. If you want spell damage or poison/stealth or rush reliably, you are probably better of playing 2x of the common minion that does one of those things. Without the possibility of fandral combo, seems pretty lack for a legendary in standard.
So now that the meta is somewhat settled and the nerfs have hit, are we all in agreement on this card's strength? Or are there still some delusional holdouts that think this card is playable?

I always said that if this sees play, it's probably like the 30th card in your deck, and that really hasn't changed. The card is very okayish, but not much more than that.
It sees 0 play right now because druid sees 0 play. It's in most spiteful decks fwiw. And most druid decks that do see play rely too heavily on Oaken Summons for this card to be in it.

Why are you choosing this over a better 3-drop though? Or a better card in general? The flexibility of four trash options is still trash.

ah so we can only try this in wild then. maybe a wild token druid will be a thing.
you think this card is not worth crafting just yet then? I seen a slightly different token deck using this card and the guys stats were good. he could have been a winstreak frrom low on the ladder though.

Not worth right now but if you happen to get the card from a pack, keep it though.

yeah I am hoping to get it as it does seem like a great card for if you run up against a big taunt or something, I like how it can be played in different stages of the game for different purposes.
I crafted the newer guy instead for now. I don't think the cards you get back are particularly useful, but it is good for filling your hand for getting the best wisp summon possible.

Such a good card, it fits in every single druid deck (ike every good druidcard lol)

Choosing one from two options:

This is about as meh a card as I've seen.

As I said in my card review, this is,
Choose One:
Just because it's versatile doesn't mean it's good. It can do 1 of 4 mediocre things. I'm not impressed.

aren't we meant to use it with the other legendary though to get all of it's effects at once?
EDIT: nah I got that wrong.
Is there a card that lets you take all it's effects at once?
Fandral Staghelm is the only card so far.
