This card is just bad. It requires you to draw your spells in the EXACT order to keep drawing. Otherwise this eventually becomes "3 mana 0/3, play a spell, draw 1 spell from your deck". And if the spells drawn come with Overload you can't even trigger the effect multiple times. Maybe slightly better than Mana Tide Totem but even worse than Far Sight as there's no discount. And what about Haunting Visions? C'mon, don't get me started.

It draws spells in order by itself, read the card again
You got me wrong on that one. What I wanted to point out is that a deck has to consist of a good spell "curve" just to build around this card! For example, if your deck has e.g. double 1-2-3-4-5 mana spells and you happen to draw both your 3-mana spells, this card does nothing in conjunction with your 2-mana spells... thus, I deem this card quite bad because many of the Shaman spells have Overload attached to them. And if you've got locked crystals while holding Spirit of the Frog or drawn spells in the wrong order, this ain't so good anymore...
This is actually considerably better than I initially thought it would be. I just stuck it in my control N'zoth shaman deck without making any changes to the spells I put in and it carried me for several games. It works really well if you have a large number of 2 and 3 mana spells, and maybe a few 4 and 5 mana spells. I had 2 hexes and 2 volcanoes in mine.
This is a really great card in aggro shaman, it is basically cheaper Gadgetzan Auctioneer that survives for 2 turns most of the time. The String Goes like this:
absolutely the worst card I've seen in the release. Terrible.
miracle shaman is the future
Bogshaper bless
This can be disgusting in wild.
Set this up turn before->lightning bolt->crackle->lava burst->jade lightning.

I see in evolution shaman packing Ancestral Spirit, Crushing Hand, Earthen Might, ...
other possibilities Lightning Storm drawing Hex and perhaps single Avalanche
and as others prointing out in Malygos Druid, Volcano + Eureka etc.
Use to find Un'Goro Pack

Hardly worth the build-around, which is way too draw-dependent and limiting. I'd always use Mana Tide Totem instead.
A very interesting card but there doesn't seem to de a deck for it. Let's see what the Frog Loa does.
This does something unique enough that I think it's probably very good.
