I am so glad that this isn't a rogue card, because curving this on turn 1, into dagger + kill their 1-drop on turn 2, and henchclan thug on turn 3 really isn't something I want to have to deal with on ladder.
So it looks like as if we will have a Savagery-type of druid deck next expansion. May I comment how more than 4 years have passed since hearthstone was released and we get to see this archtype being pushed only now? From the previous sets we got Gnash, Bite, Claw, Savage Combatant and the aforementioned Savagery; looking at the revealed druid cards it appears that Rastakhan will bring more support in this regard.
I am really curious to see where things will be going. I kinda hope this doesn't turn out to be yet another freeze shaman, but a fresh new arch-type (like Baku Druid). It can also be the case how this arch-type is weak af, but the 1 mana spirit is being included for the draw effect. People talk about how druid already has enough draw tools - this is absolutely true, but the class will lose most of them once the next rotation takes place.
Inb4 with the first sentence I didn't mean that people will include this spell in their decks. I used this spell, in order to describe the deck-type.
It's Odd Druid support at the very least. Outside that, it won't see much or any place since the other additional attack power cards are not that good enough to run. With that said, I am totally fine with Druid getting some weaker cards for once.
Need to see the loa to know for sure, but on the face of it this looks bad. Obvious synergy with Malfurion the Pestilent but as other have said, druid does NOT need more draw!

Actually it was the first archtype druid was playing in beta, back then savagery was like the original Blade Flurry the deck played little to no minions just played cards like claw and bite and gone face.. obviously the deck was obnoxious so it was scrapped.
As long as it doesn't support ramp style druids I don't care if a card is good for druid but so far they seem quite bad.
As others have said, Blizzard has most likely printed at least a handful of other hero-attack support cards so we can't really know how to judge this yet (though in my opinion the cards would have to have really ridiculous effects to a) make attack druid viable and b) make attack druid at least as attractive or more attractive to players than any other archetype of druid).
As others have said, druids do not struggle for draw, so in a vacuum this card does not seem too convincing. However it is odd, and druids have not had a good 1-drop since Enchanted Raven, and odd druid is now a deck which people can make, so perhaps there is potential there.
I believe Blizzard have said before that because the game would not be very engaging if every class was perfectly equally balanced, they aim to allow different classes to rise slightly above the power level over time and accept that some classes as a result will fall slightly below the average power level. Druid has been on top for a little while now so I would not be surprised if Blizzard were intentionally only allowing druids cards which are likely to ensure that they start falling down a bit in power level.
Blizzard intentionally release both good and bad cards in a set, sort of for the previous reason and also to give people the ability to play with "meme" decks if they choose (because many people enjoy the feeling of winning with off-meta or sub-standard cards and decks) and also to keep Arena interesting.
Since raptors have an aggression-theme to them, it makes sense that the Loa would have an attack-minion-based synergy to Spirit of the Raptor, rather than a card-draw-based synergy. Random guesses:
Looks kinda bad for now. It can doublty be useful early on and then it does nothing because duruid is the last on the list of classes lacking draw cards.

Maybe a Savage Combatant type of card in the future reveals? one of my favorite druid cards ever as an arena only player.
Odd Druid does not have a great card draw engine, so this card fits very well there, and might help the viability of the archetype.
On the other hand, i doubt a Claw Druid could become a serious archetype, unless intensive support is added.
Surely this seems to be their direction, but that alone is not enough. Let's see the other cards.

More garbage cards for Druid. This might be the best expansion in a long time.

way too situational while something druid doesnt come across often

BTW, 1 mana 0/3 stealth isn't that bad for 1 mana minion (3 stats). If your deck have buffs this can be a relevant body.
odd druid beast is possible?
the new spell that draw a beast is 4 mana
Creer es poder
Things to consider:
So, seems like
Card draw for a new druid arche type

It's a good thing druid isn't getting more crazy op cards.
Slots nicely into Odd Druid since upgraded hero power does work to minions and the deck doesn't have too many good cards.
7/8 Baku the Mooneaters.
The only thing going for it is that is only 1 mana. Compare this to Pyromaniac, such a better card.

A card for a non-existent archetype. Hard to judge, really.
Excellent card at low cost compared to other card draw featured Druid cards. An Upgraded Hero power has got my attention and necessity.
