just very good for Hagatha. Don't think it will define the meta.

Do you think it would stack the discount when used with Electra Stormsurge?
I don't think it will but it would be amazing if it did
Why would it not? "Your next spell this turn costs 3 less", when cast twice, equals a 6-mana reduction.
Btw, I just noticed there are no brackets around the "3" in Haunting Vision as you usually would have when referring to mana cost. See e.g. Primordial Glyph and Preparation. Blizzard (in)consistency for the win.

So u are spending 6 Mana to get a 6 Mana discount.... I don't know, looks quite dumb
And to discover a spell, get a random spell, and drop a 3/3 body. There's probably better applications for Elektra though, but it certainly doesn't look "quite dumb."
When KoFT was came Shaman got really shitty cards and in K&K too. Plus high cost with low stats minions Make evolve Shaman much worse. Maybe this expansion will be the opportinity Make more playable useless archetypes of Shaman (like freeze ir overload)
But im happy for that. Because Shaman is Main class.

No, you are not, because Electra Stormsurge's effect does not make you incur the cost of the spell twice. There is absolutely no reason why it would work differently for Haunting Vision (so you will spend only 3 mana but cast it twice).
Geez, sometimes I wonder if people are being deliberately obtuse.

I don't think this is all that good. Sure, it gives you situational flexibility, but I'd rather just run the spells I need in a combo shaman build, or the spells I need in an aggro/midrange build.
Yes, and for that you get a 3/3 body. Plus you are not just getting a 6-mana discount on your next spell - you also get to discover two spells instead of one. So how is that combo dumb?
More fair than primordial glyph.. dude this is way better.. you can discover a spell and it cost 3 less.. orrr the spell you alrdy have in hand can cost 3 less..
Elektra can be much better then a 0 Mana 3/3 add a random spell to ur hand. Why would play Elektra this way, instead of healing 12, clearing the board or with far sight.
And this card cost a deck slot, is just better play the spell u want since the beginning
My thought was that if the discount was stacked you would 6 mana off your next spell. This means electra, haunting vision, then storm bringer for 1 or Eureka, or something new that we haven't seen yet. That would pretty sweet with two discovered spells to boot.
I just wasn't sure that the spell would work in such a way.
It is just playable. Not Op as you overestimated.

Woooo strong. Hope to pull 2 of this
By now, arena card.

4 Mana hex + discover a spell

U know that Elektra itself costs 3 Mana, don't u?

why not just run good spells instead?

This is the sort of card that can turn a game around when your back is against the wall.
this turn though

Good card, will definitely see some play. Doesn't fit in any existing archetype though so will need a Zentimo-based deck to flourish I would guess.
I like this card.seems like good value on first glimpse.
