Seems good to me. Can grab you healing or removal When you need it. The ability to play around a bad discover by using the discount elsewhere is good too.
Everytime you are going to cast a lighting storm/hex/volcano/healing rain/spirit wolves etc and you have this in hand, it's a 0 mana discover a spell... so it's pretty easy to become a 0 mana discover a spell.
the problem is how good a 0 mana discover a spell would be in Shaman, in mage is amazing, but in shaman... lots of crap spells and lack of shaman cards that synergize with spells
Primordial Glyph and this have two play modes: normal play and emergency mode. The emergency mode is, when you are behind and need an immediate answer. May it be an board clear, protection or a burst spell for a lucky lethal. I think the emergency mode of both cards is the same. They differ considerably in the normal mode:
With Primordial Glyph you discover a spell, that you don't want to play immediately. You save it for later when it comes in handy.
The normal play of this card will be to reduce the costs of a spell you wanted to cast anyway and take the discover as a bonus feature.
With all the shaman spell synergy that is coming I don't see how this card isn't going to work out, especially considering the positive overload synergy

Oh, Lethal - where did you go? I miss you all the time.
It’s not. For example, do you remember the last months of the Year of the Mammoth? Yeah right, when the class was tasteless in the meta.
Everyone must have his turn on the spin
Did you really just said that? So the fact that Warlock and Druid have been really good in meta and getting OP cards each expansion for like 2 years is their spin? Pretty long spin... And shaman is getting shit all the time for like 1 year straight if you compare what Shaman gets to what Druid and Warlock gets
Before K&C Warlock was shit (Cube, Voidlord, Spellstone and Skull all come from there). We can agree that Druid is an untouchable class, but remember that we have experienced a period like this also with Shaman (Old Gods/Karazhan)
Its a situational Primordial Glyph... and Glyph isn't a staple card in most Mage decks (even with good spell synergy). Also, the majority of Shaman spells are trash-tier and/or cost less than 3 mana. Therefore, it won't see much play.
In my opinion this is just another Far Sight (which wouldn't be played at all if there was no Shudderwock.dek) - yeah, you get to discover a spell for 0 mana, but if you hold no spell above 3 mana at the same time you've gained practically nothing. A worse Preparation in this case, as someone else already said. And considering all the crappy or super situational spells Shaman has access to such as Spirit Echo, Primal Talismans or Eureka! I can't see why you would include this card over a real (good) spell. Remember we're talking about Shaman, not Mage with all the spell-related synergy.

It's getting tiring seeing people still complain about druid, none of their decks are tier one and druid as a whole is/was the FIFTH best performing class on hsreplay, even murloc mage has a higher winrate then every single druid deck. Warlock has not received "op" cards in a while, let me remind you of Dr morrigan. But I'll let you to continue forgetting about shudderwock as you clearly don't understand how bullshit that deck is.

Yes because Shudderwock is such a tier 1 deck...
Never said it was, it's just incredibly unfun to play against as once they get their combo off, there's no way to win.

You mean like basically any other combo?
Other combos either straight up kill you or they fall short of it giving a potential chance to comeback, there's no coming back against shudderwock due to unlimited healing & damage + unlimited 6/6's on their board.
Maybe that's because it's got a very long set-up? Maybe because shaman doesn't have the defensive tools or the card draw that other combo class like druid and priest do and it should be rewarded for at least finally pulling the combo? Knock it off really
Shaman doesn't have defensive tools? Oh boy, you poor fool. Omega MindVolcanoLightning StormHexHagatha the Witch Do I really need to continue? The shudderwock combo tends to require less or the same amount of combo cards as other classes, Shudderwock, Grumble, Saronite chaingang and Lifedrinker, the 4 cards required to hit the unlimited combo. That is less cards than Mechathun priest uses, what were you even trying to say?

5 because you need at least a (discounted) Murmuring elemental or Zola if you don't want to fuck it up. And Omega Mind? Really? I see you play shaman a lot... Not to mention that the strongest spells always come with overload downside
And yet I've never seen murmuring elemental played in shudderwock after boomsday came out, but I'm sure its a super important combo piece my dude. Zola is only "needed" if you don't trust your own luck, so i wouldn't say its required one bit. But even if you think it is, that's still only five cards, congratulations now you finally need as many combo pieces that mechathun priest requires which still means shudderwock doesn't have a long setup that they should be rewarded for.
Yes, Omega mind + volcano is heal for 15, you mentioned no defensive measures but healing for 15 is really good. Talking about healing Healing Rain 3 mana heal for 12, that's better than any defensive card druid has, as they have to pay 4 mana for 12 health.
The strongest spells have overload for a reason, because they are s t r o n g.
am I missing something? this just seems like a worse version of glyph. yes the next spell you cast costs 3 less, but you're also spending 3 to play it, so... you play a worse version of primordial glyph that's restricted to the turn you play it. don't get me wrong, glyph was an great card and I'm sure this will be too, but I don't think it's as crazy broken as some people are putting it out to be.
A card that's worse than Far Sight and extremely worse than Primordial Glyph (reduce by 2 for 2 mana is stronger than reduce by 3 for 3 mana) getting so high ratings... *sigh*
It's nothing like Preparation. How can you even compare them? This is basically 0-mana 'Discover a spell' that can only be played if you play another spell the same turn.
Just noticed a mistake - the 3 should be in brackets. Cost is always represented in brackets. I hope Blizzard catches that.
(Primordial Glyph, Mountain Giant, Ebon Dragonsmith, Sorcerer's Apprentice, etc)
considering it's "this turn" only, it just looks like a free discover a spell, not impressed.
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
Huge limitation of the discount only working the same turn you cast this spell. I think this is a good card, but only if you discover cheep spells.

I want to join the Primordial Glyph comparison:

Step 1. Play Mana Addict
Step 2. Pray hard so it survives
Step 3. Pray a bit more
Step 4. Discover Haunting Vision from Haunting Vision
Step 5. Repeat step 4 until your Mana Addict has 10001 dmg
???
Step 6. PROFIT

Who will be the first streamer to play this and then the coin?
