Good Zoo card also. Zoo can spam the board so a 0/3 taunt goes down quickly. Control decks have a hard time removing early minions so the taunt takes a little while to come out.
The downside is actually pretty big. Zombie Chow was good because there was no downside early in the game. This one creates a minion, that eventually you will need to take down, plus the opponent can make a use of it with numerous buff spells and minions.
This looks like a strictly aggro card to me. If you can build a board quickly (which with a 1 mana 2/3, you can), you can easily kill the 0/3 taunt and it shouldn't set you back too much. The only really bad thing is if this guy is on a wide board and your opponent clears the whole board and get a free taunt.
I don't see it. This card might as well read, "Can't attack for 2 turns" because that's what summon a taunt it can't kill on it's own in 1 swing means. Also Even Shaman plays buffs so there is an aggro deck that can abuse this. Your opponent will just go face regardless knowing their minions are protected thanks to this taunt you graciously gave them while they laugh at you as you poke at this stupid little taunt or waste a resource on it.
The whole point of having a statline like that for 1 mana is so it can trade into some small minions at the same cost, in theory good against aggro but if you can't reach said minions then it is pointless.

I'm not sure is this card any good, but you read it wrongly. It's deathrattle, not battlecry.

The word "Deathrattle" should be written in large letters in the first post.
This. I think people are missing this that it's NOT A BATTLECRY. Having a 0/3 for the opponent on turn 2-3 is really not a big issue. This is really huge, both in standard and wild. Now priest have more or less 4 1 mana 2/3 minions available without much of an negative side effect. Surrender to Madness seems more and more plausible with it. Not right now, but we are still missing some cards.

chow? is that you?
Its agroo card i gues ? Much less or more (depending on how u look at it) better than sumoning random 1 cost minion for oponent.

This card is good. 3 health goes down fast when you have flame imps and happy ghouls.
The fact that it's a Deathrattle is crucial. Absolutely will see play.
Rabble Bouncer
Good if you have a Void Ripper to follow up with...
A little like Zombie Chow. Pretty good card
TFW a baby murloc does more damage than you.

Void ripper
People talking its bad cause they think its a battlecry effect
facepalm
Being deathrattle it’s actually playable.

pretty good design, great for trading early, and the deathrattle makes sure aggro decks can't abuse it consistently
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
