They could make it 4/3 for 5 and it would be playable and fun, it's a refreshing idea. Unfortunately, i'd never play this for 10 mana, even for the lulz.
Wait just a second - the token doesn’t say “draw a card”. So does this mean the opponent can just draw this with an empty hand and get nothing in return? Cause that changes things
There was actually an update not long ago, where "Casts when drawn" became a keyword.
Basically it removed the wording that says "Draw a card". So this will definitely also draw a card after it has been cast.
Source? I don't think that's correct.
This will certainly also draw a card after it triggers. Making it WAY more potent.
This guy sources.
So how are we cheating this out? Big Rogue/Big Priest?
even by cheating it out aint that usefull if oppoennt still has half his deck. more like make some dmg here and there,
as of a win con its either tank up warrior which wins a attrition match vs unwiannable opponents like Control Jaina and Rexxar
or straight up Mill druid, mana 10 win with combo pieces in hand and is deck drawn out, toggwagle and boom
Read my combo + explanation more carefully, specifically the bolded part:
Put Hakkar, the Soulflayer in a mill Druid with two Dreampetal Florists and the Twig of the World Tree. Burn through your entire deck and then play King Togwaggle and either a discounted copy of this card or refresh your mana crystals to play this card at full cost and Innervate/Naturalize it. Because you naturalize it on your turn, this casts the first Corrupted Blood in their deck on YOUR turn, leaving two corrupted blood in their deck and dealing 1 fatigue to them. On their turn, their natural draw draws the first Corrupted Blood in their deck, dealing 3 damage and shuffling 2 copies into their deck, leaving them with 3 copies--this ensures that the draw chain IS INFINITE.
If this catches on, it could be really scary and difficult for many decks to deal with. Some decks can survive against mill druid, but this combo would kill any opponent, at any life/armor total, no matter what secrets they had in play (even if they had an Ice Block in wild).
I still don't get it. Where did the second Corrupted Blood in their deck come from? You Naturalize Hakkar, they draw two cards (3 fatigue damage), then one Corrupted Blood is shuffled into their deck. On the start of their turn, they draw that Corrupted Blood and take another 3 fatigue damage, two Corrupted Bloods are shuffled into their deck, and there is no further draw.
Well, on an empty deck and twig, this instakills with togwaggle and double naturalize. Also kills with a dreampetal, 2 innervates and biology project as an exodia style deck.
Maybe as a one off in togwaggle, since most cards are already used anyways.
Otherwise, the 10 mana do nothing tag kinda hurts.
The order of operations causes them to shuffle the corrupted blood into their deck BEFORE they draw, thus the first draw of the naturalize draws the one corrupted blood in their deck (deathrattle triggers before naturalize resolves).

No because minion deaths are not processed until the spell fully resolves. The order of the sentences on the card text doesn't matter.

I think you need double naturalize. The first naturalize would be. Blood 3, Fatigue 1, Blood 6 , Fatigue 2. They draw for blood 9, Fatigue 3, which amounts to 22 damage. Also they can now hand the corrupted deck back to you for 12.
Another naturalize however adds 27 + 9 damage to a total of 58 damage. So twig togwaggle double naturalize on an empty deck shpuld be game

I want to thank MuffinMan1 for the link. As you can see here, the draw takes place BEFORE the corrupted blood is shuffled. So sadly not an OTK, but a TTK.
No because the shuffling only happens after the draw. So it will not be an OTK - instead your opponent will draw this card, then attempt to draw another card (and take fatigue damage), and then two copies of this card will be shuffled into his deck.
It doesn't have to be an OTK to be a finisher. If their fatigue clock is significantly shorter than yours, you win.

This card actually prevents fatigue from triggering, except for that one time. You could read it as "you always take 3 fatigue damage, no more".
Guys, can you please read the card before commenting? It literally says:
AFTER YOU DRAW, SHUFFLE
So no infinite chains.
What? How will it not? If the deck is empty, you will draw a previously shuffled Corrupted Blood, which will then trigger. Once you draw a Corrupted Blood and there are no other cards in the deck, this should be an infinite cycle.

Yeah, here is my prospective decklist for this combo: https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1197270-hakkar-the-soulflayer-king-togwaggle-instant-kill

It's like Russian roulette but in a card game!
How it will work with corrupted blood your only card in deck.
1)you draw it takes 3 then draw 1 card take 1 fatigue damage shuffle 2 in your deck.
2)next turn draw. take 3, draw take 3 shuffle 2 in deck 2nd ones draw trigger take 3, repeat so it kills you.
or you will take 6 +5 fatigue damage doesnt matter that much which one is right its an fast clock. but you want the 1st one if you want to OTK
Jesus.
You dipshits just don't understand the concept of a mill deck, do you lol? In a mill druid deck, this card will kill your opponent a few bells faster.
or you could just go Azalina Togwaggle and win just the same but with less set up
I tried having fun once. It was awful.

Horrible card, I will get this crap if they give a free legendary again for sure.
If it says Draw a card ( after the effect) it would be busted because then it will deal 3 first time, 6 then 12
And thats huge, i see why they didnt put draw in it
