/This could be a 4/4 of a 10/10 on random. Just the worst kind of RNG. Might be strong, but this is just terrible design. People will get super salty when their opponent drops a 9/10 on turn 5.

You're obviously not going to put this in a deck with small minions. Just the same as how you aren't going to play small spells with Spiteful Summoner.
Better than it may first seem. While it could get silenced off or polymorphed, 5 mana isn't that big of an investment and the swing/value potential is pretty high.
It's basically, 2/2 draw a card for 5 mana, plus random stats. Imho, most direct comparison is Gnomish Inventor. Has potential to be much better than Gnomish Inventor. But also the potential to be much worse. Not sure that's worth an additional mana. Nor the risk.
Downside, its incredibly weak to silence. Upside, can high roll pretty hard in early game.
Also, I'm assuming "Eat" means it removes the card from your deck. As opposed to free value generation, like Discover cards. If this is the case, I think it makes this card significantly worse (and that much weaker to silence/poky effects.
I think this has undiscovered potential to create some more bizarre minions like the zombeasts. We haven't seen the rest of the cards that are coming too.
The best way to actually do something well is have no idea what you're doing. Then what you're doing will become what you have no idea you're doing, at which point since you're doing what you're doing without knowing what you're doing you're doing what you're doing without knowing you're doing it.
What if I play Maly rogue, could it be a good combo? ))) Shark eats Maly, because I have few minions in the deck and I obtain Maly for combo after deathrattle
But what if minion tranfers from the deck to sharks belly, then opponent silences it... I have no Maly?
There's nothing more to say about a bad card, but here, let me indulge you.
1. Too high variance of randomness with an effect that is not that powerful you want to build your deck around it to minimize the variance. 2. Stat-wise, you need to "eat" at least a 4/4 minion to make it worthwhile. For 5 mana, i will rather play a card that will have an immediate impact and controllable effect. 3. If the card is silenced, returned to hand or hexed/polymorphed, you lost a card from your deck. 4. Meme-wise, i don't find it fun.

Hidden text: Hex 2 minions at the same time.
A better Guild Recruiter, a very good card.
Interesting. Not sure where it fits.

It's interesting though.
This may be one of the worst rogue legendaries. If the cost was lower, maybe it’ll be better and more decent.

Interesting design. A serious candidate for my craft list.
Synergize with Spirit of the Shark, Necrium Blade and Necrium Vial. Fun way to duplicate minions.
And meme potential with The Darkness.
I want more of this kind of card :D
I agree. It is a playable card. Not OP for sure, but it has the potential to create extra value easily.
Believe in potential; the multiverse blesses some beings with extraordinary traits, with the potential to do—to be—great things.

Gurubashi Hypemon is a nice meal for Gral, the Shark...
"Deathrattlecry rogue" incoming ? For me YES !
i think it will be discover like mechanic, u will have 3 random minion from your deck to choose

This could combo well with the spirit and necrium blade:
1. Gain the stats of two random minions in your deck.
2. Add 2 copies of minions in your deck to your hand.
3. Repeat 2.
Seem like a lot of work though, can't see this working competitively (But I'll definitely try)
whait, maybe double battlecry will just eat the same minion and there will be 2 minions or just gets the stats twice and minion is 1 anyway
Has it been clarified if it eats a random minion or you can choose, lets say, among three?

So, get off my back.
Im still a bit confused as to whether the minion that it "eats" is a copy or the actual minion itself.
Isn't there a video or something that explains this new ''eat'' mechanic?
