In all seriousness though, this is a very good card. It's nice to see that dragon synergies have not been forgotten and gives me hope we'll see some dragons in the upcoming reveals.
On a related note however, I do feel that hard removal has become far too commonplace. We're living in a world where you can't realistically expect your 8 mana 8/8 Lich King to survive to the following turn because everyone has an answer prepared. It's cards like this that discourage players from playing their really cool, big/unique cards because they'd be better off playing zoo or just a few boring mid-sized minions. For the overall health of the game, I actually think it's a step in the wrong direction.
Hmm, I'm rethinking this, at least for right now. There aren't really any good Odd-cost Dragons in standard that would make "if you're holding a Dragon" synergy viable. You've got alexstraza, Ysera, ....and then what? From my past Dragon/"If you're holding a Dragon" deck days, you generally need 6 to 8 Dragons minimum to make the synergy consistent.
We'll see. I hope this isn't simply a "well it will be good at some point, but not right now" kind of card.
Awesome card for Midrange Dragon Warrior decks in wild. Those decks are still decent so a few pushes from new cards could bring Dragon Warrior back to relevance. I think the best synergy here is that turn 1 you can play N’zoths First Mate to get some early board control and play Alexstraza’s Champion on 2 to further your board. Then turn 3 if you still have your rusty hook equipped (which usually doesn’t get oozed) then you can kill your opponents 3 or 4 drop with Smolderthorn Lancer to keep pushing damage. Really insane card for wild, standard will need some more dragons I think.
