I think this is too slow for card draws and I'm not sure why you would put this in Odd Mage. Why not just play Black Cat? For one stat of health less, you get Spell Damage +1 AND the drawn card immediately. It can be played on turn three without risk. With this, you basically are playing a vanilla 3/4, hope it doesn't die, and then you're spending an extra two mana to draw a card. provided your opponent has a minion with 1-2 health on the board (depending on if you're using Baku or not).
As a 3 Mana 3/4, it's pretty much automatically at playable status. If it draws you a single card or more, it's immediately bumped to very good. That doesn't seem like that should be hard for most mages but it's not a guarantee. I'm thinking somewhere between playable and very good right now.
Trying to push the minion mage aggro type i see. Probably a little fail in there. Though, you could kill ping your own units, for eliteness.

Developed Hearthstone player, have played and beaten highly skilled opponents on numerous occasions. Not that ambitious on ladder. Only play off of win streaks. Love theory more than meta.
I can feel Odd-tempo Mage decks brewing. Or Odd-control Mage decks. It would be better if they bring cards like Fallen Champion or Maiden of the Lake back and reprint them as odd cards.

wow what a powerful card in an odd mage deck.
Good in ODd MAge, and maybe good enough for Big SPell.
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
why people think this in tempo? obv a controlish card, better than lich king exp counterpart
Great card
I see what you did there :)
I hate the way the text looks on this card
I can’t help read it as “when your hero
power kills a minion” what’s a power kill?
Playable but it will be hard to make it work consistently.
The art of this card is amazing!
good stats and has nice effect, will probably run in at least 1 copy
Don't work with rogue but work with priest, warlock and warrior DK.

We needed more card draw to enable Luna’s Pocket Galaxy, so I’m excited about it. I hope to see more card draw in Mage. Pocket Galaxy is odd, too...
Surely one of the bests arena cards ever created.
Probably more useful than coldwraith. I like it.

Decent one, extra card per turn if you manage it's condition
Forget Tempo Mage. This is going into Odd Control Mage with DK Jaina as finisher.
Bad players whine.
Good players adapt.
Seems reasonable. Better than that frozen throne guy, but not by a ton. The 3/4 statline is always pretty misleading.
I would legit play this in Big Spell Mage though.
