Impossible to judge without knowing what a Spare Part is, though since it floats it could be Arena viable in general since Fireblasting it doesn't -1 you.
speculation on Spare Part cards: could be stat buffs, things like windfury/divine shield, or possibly other small minions (something like an 0/2 with deathrattle that buffs your other minions, maybe)

If the Spare Part is essentially a Banana for mechs then this card is amazing, as it can become a T1 3/2 with the Coin and the opponent has to fireblast it at tempo loss if not or it trades even nicer, plus buffing other Mechs (Turn your Spider Tank into a Yeti!).
On second thought, considering the theme of the new cards and the ambiguity of "spare part", it will probably give a (positive?) bonus to a minion, maybe taunt, or a stat bonus, or something else.
I wish they released "Spare Parts" too. Until then, it's impossible to determine how useful this card really is. Apart from a Turn 1 play in a mech deck.

With knowing 3 of the 7 Spare Parts, I predict this will be very nice in Arena and IDK in Constructed. In Arena, it's a 1 mana 2/1 that isn't destroyed by 1 damage dealing classes, giving you tempo and no loss in CA, while with every other class it is very solid and will probably float, even if the Spare Part is minor, which also opening you up to any mech synergy. All the ones released right now would be plenty useful.
Oh indeed! Those cards do look fun, and I don't think any of them are bad by any means at all.
Emergency Coolant - Freeze a minion
Finicky Cloackfield - Give a friendly minion stealth until your next clerk
Time Rewinder - Return a friendly minion to your hand
Rusty Horn - Give a minion Taunt
So this card wouldn't be too bad (Clockwork Gnome) to use, it gives all classes a neutral spell card to use in combos, for a variety of other things Taunt to activate The Black Knight, Freeze a Minion and Ice Lance it, to use along with Auctioneer, or Edwin VanCleef, etc :D

It's been confiremd to have Death Rattle instead of Battle Cry, I think this will definitely see competitive play in any deck already playing Under Taker, I'd expect to see it in Zoo just to give the deck a more consistent Under Taker + Coin + Death Rattle buff on T1 and considering 3 of the 7 Spare Parts activate Nerubian Egg between the +1 Attack, Taunt and the reverse stats card we might be cutting Abusive Sergeant pretty damn soon ...
I think that this card will be awesome in rogues decks. One great Turn 1 play that will get you a really nice 1 mana spell, that's anything that Rogues could ask for.

Stats are average, so those Spare Parts better be pretty sweet.

how sweet does it need to be for dropping from a 1-drop?
EDIT: that was supposed to be in reply to sonserf above, must have hit reply instead of quote

I basically assumed it would just be a Banana for mechs haha.

I'm imagining spare part is akin to bananas, that would be balanced I think.

Great, more scrap to pump Undertaker. I REALLY hope Undertaker gets a nerf before this expansion.

I'm interested how you plan to pump Undertaker with a Battlecry.
EDIT: It appears the original image was wrong and it is a Deathrattle, derp.
This might be a decent 1-drop for Miracle Rogue (if SPare Parts are spells).

There are 7 Spare parts and they are "+1 x" or "gain Y abilitie" cards.
Certainly an interssting card for aggro decks, espacially the ones with undertaker.
I'm guessing the spare parts are the neutral spells - which means the options are (1) +1/0, (1) +0/1, (1) swap stats.
yeah.
Armor Plating, Whirling Blades, Reversing Switch
