I really want to try Evolve Shudderwock Shaman since I only miss 2 cards above. However, I only have 1600 dust now. From your experience, which one should be a safe craft for the deck?
IMO hagatha is better. Thrall is basically useless when you side of board is empty, while Hagatha is both a board clear and a value generator. Plus, hagatha's battlecry from shudderwock is a board clear regardless of order, while thrall's battlecry is meh when cast before all other battlecries.

Hagatha is more useful and if I remember correctly she'll be around a year longer
The battlecry is really helpful in most shudderwock decks, she's great in even shaman and is just a good value card
And Hagatha is from the Witchwood expansion, which means she'll stay in standard a year longer than Thrall.
Hagatha will not rotate to wild next rotation. So I think if you play Standard she would be your goal.
