I'm guessing you have an Astral Tiger on Board an play Splintergraft on it - you then play to 10/10 copy and it comes out of your deck as a normal 3/5 Tiger?
If so, as far as i know that is completely normal!
Once a card changes stats (cause of a buff like Fungalmancer and gets back to your hand with Sap for example or goes back into your deck it looses the Buffs it has received from other cards!
To sum it up : Once a card got buffed and changes the "Area" for example from Board into your deck it also looses the buff!
I still seem to not get it. You Splinter the Astral Tiger, the tiger gets copied into your hand as 4m 10/10. It shouldn't be like... theoretically, NOT be a buff? It's like a new card printed that you still have to play and get killed. Haven't played with the card actually so I'm digging around to see if it's actually possible.

for ur sick logic maybe it is, but it isn't. The moment he enters 10/10 10 mana, wich turns it into another minion. So yes, it should be shuffled like the new one, not like a buffed stupid minion that still costs 10. Doesn't make sense splintergraft being a legendary card, he's useless in many ways, even in this one. sad we have braindeadsbane rogue and other braindead decks around for a long time and other stuff they printed are useless and worthless This game is ruining itself
The rule for knowing when cards retain their buffs is determined by this order between game areas: Deck --> Hand --> Board
So if your card stays on one game area or moves along them in this order (for example from your deck into play by recruiting something) it will retain its buffs. In your particular example the buffed tiger (it is buffed since the original card is a 3/5) moves from the board into your deck. This goes against the order I pointed out earlier and therefore the card loses all its buffs.
Astral Tiger's text should be changed into "Deathrattle: Summon an Astral Tiger to your deck" or they need to change the card's mechanic as keeping enchantments.

It is not 4 mana 10/10 tiger, but a 10 mana 10/10 tiger.
But ye, if a buffed card from your board gets back to your hand or your deck - it loses all it's buff and become a normal version of this card. It's how it has been for ever. Nothing new here and no bugs whatsoever.

It is fairly simple what splintergraft actually does is it puts a copy of original astral tiger in your hand and that tiger has a buff that was provided by a splitergraft witch can be seen if you hover over the card and look at the bottom it isnt a new astral tiger it is a old one with a buff and as far as we know if the card isnt worded like kingsbane it doesnt keep its buffs ones it leaves the battlefield
The 10/10 tiger is just a regular tiger with a Splintergraft buff applied. It isn't like a ZomBeast which is an entirely new minion. So when it dies or is returned to your hand/deck it loses that buff just like any other buffed minion.
Same as when a Splintergrafted minion dies it won't be revived as a 10/10 by cards like Eternal Servitude.
If you were to silence the 10/10 tiger, it would be dropped down to a 3/5. This means the 10/10 on it is a buff/enchantment, and not an entirely new version of the card. This is also shown by the color on the mana cost and the stats being different while in the hand.

Why doesn't the Tiger go into the deck as a 10/10?
I concur!
Just Another Legend Player#Kappa
if it would work like that, the combo would be pretty sick

Check out my Hearthstone expansion: The Shifting Sands
It should be worded like kingsbane or the new paladin 2-drop, because i think the 10/10 thing is considered a buff
And i don’t even play Paladins

Astral Tiger doesn't keep buffs.
Only a card like Immortal Prelate would retain the enchantments. The tiger has always lost all buffs.
