I felt Mecha'thun the instant he dropped Hemet. Wasn't really thinking about countering Mecha'thun, but had King Mukla come up as a Zombeast option. The turn before he reached 10 mana, I was able to play my Zombeast, which put two cards in his hand. He was unable to wait to play the bananas due to the Fatigue damage. I was sweating and laughing so hard when this happened, I thought it might be good to make mention of this. Some people don't want to lose the instant Mecha'thun can be played against them, and I felt this was important enough to post about.
Simply awesome :D You seem to have all the right tools in hand. Especially when you consider cards like Recycle , Excavated Evil and Iron Juggernaut are not in the Standard rotation. Would be cool to play the as* Priest and Psychic Scream all of them back in his deck as well.
Yeah King Mukla can be pretty good for countering mechathun. Something I like doing against the druid version is just not kill their minions since they have no way to easily clear their board, that way they just die in fatigue unable to pull off Mecha'thun. That or just Skulking Geist.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
I was thinking of going creazey and tech Memewalker Cho into my Kingsbane Rogue to fill their hand with Deadly and Leeching poisons. Maybe will give it a try after your post :D

Now THIS is the best tech there is. Inb4 priest and druid run dragon soul and twig to get rid of weapon buffs.

Yeah, if I'm running Mecha'thun in Druid, I'm making it next to impossible for Geist to ruin my plan. 4 mana Floop copy with a Voodoo Doll in hand and either a Moonfire or a Wrath, there's no way Geist is going to fuck things up for me. Made sure I had a Plan B together.
meh wouldn't putmukla in a deck but good call on the zombeast creation.
Thanks. Yeah, it would feel odd for people to be running Mukla in whole droves just because it's good tech against most Mecha'thun decks, except for Warlock, of course, if you're running the Cataclysm deck.

It's just wise to be willing to tech against strong combos, hence why I feel every Warlock deck should be running Demonic Project. That's a wise thing to do, though, filling their hand with Cho's help. Be careful you're not doing this against a Shaman with Doomhammer laying in wait.
Marin's okay. The only problem is, against a Priest, in this case, Marin wouldn't affect anything because part of the combo deals with a 10 damage combo to friendly minions. Also, Mukla is a 3 mana 5/5 with a Beast tag and even small, side mill properties.
The same happened to me today, but i have a little bit more luck with that... Hemet going on, i know it is a Mecha C'thun deck, i was already deathknight with my hunter. Discovered 2 consecutive turns king mukla as a zombeast(luck factor 1 and 2). Both of them got psychic screamed into my deck. He wants to pull the combo next turn, and already in fatique. I've got 19 cards in my deck before the draw. And i drew one of the muklas (luck factor 3!), so no combo anymore, because of the bananas! Three turn delay with no deck, and enough damage on the priest's face was the key to win. I never thought about this way to use mukla, but it worked just fine. Hail the bananas!

Come visit my Card Emporium. Strange things, you will find inside...

Come take the test, if you're daring. Feel free to show me your results in a message.
Haha that is actually pretty funny. Especially if you could kill off your own Mukla then he can't play anything unless he wants to ruin his combo. :-D
I've teched in this card Seaforium Bomber

What about Marin the Fox?

The treasure also adds a card to their hand so that may change things
marin is a meme counter to shudderwock with azalina not for mechathun at least against warlock/priest only good agaonst druid mechathun
The treasure isn't added to their hand.

Mukla alone will only delay it by 1 turn.
Mukla plus Lorewalker Cho on the other hand...
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
I would not want to witness that
