He used to be an insta-concede play on turn 1 cus he guaranteed an extra draw, let's say he was Kelseth of the classic set. Same with Tinkmaster Overspark, who was able to target a minion, not just a random target.
When they nerfed him, he died instantly and became trash tier.
This was nearly 5 years ago, so changes are made constantly to the game to bring 'balance'.
he was my first legendary, if I remember correctly, besides the Gelbin you got for buying packs in beta... he was good, until they made him draw at start of turn instead of at end of your turn. He used to sometimes draw a card the turn he was played which made him like a Mana Tide Totem somewhat.
Depends on the definition for worst card. From a gamedesign view point it makes sense. This is about Magic the gathering but you can transfer it to most card games: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_ndD-QmPJg
Look on the bright side, when you open Millhouse Manastorm & Cho you'll have the complete set! ^^

Last time I used it was in Token Druid in JTU, when Mark of the Lotus was still around. I thought the deck needed more card draw, all the buffs made sure that Nat would oftentimes do more than nothing, and it wasn't even that rare I got an extra card out of him. The real problem isn't even that he draws at the start of your turn, the problem is that it only has a 50% chance. That randomness was always there, but nowadays, most classes have better alternatives.
The card is not really "good", but it's defenitely not the worst. Even if you just consider the Classic set, Lorewalker Cho has the same crappy statline, has a double-edged effect and is almost impossible to utilize strategically.
Worse? at least the card is useful, I lost to a discolock in wild with a crazy draw as mech mage he had a 12/6 lunathel on turn 7 I think (he drew the nuts though)
I am not saying the card is good.. but it's not worse than nat pagle.
Don't dust nat pagle, unless you want to get him again, keep him just so you don't pull him again.

I opened a Golden Nat and Golden Cho from 2 consecutive tavern brawls and was so wanting that golden Millhouse the 3rd time, sadly Millhouse still eludes me. Not even going to bother dusting both golden legendaries coz its that hilarious

Worse than Millhouse? I don't think so.
At least Millhouse sees some play in Paladin decks with Call to Arms. And by “some” I mean “by Thijs”. xD

Oh. I actually used him in my warrior deck before the mech expansion and he did great. But in fact he has no space in most decks.
at least you wont get him again. we used to open several copies, alongside cho and millhouse lol

Duskfallen Aviana says hi
I wasn't planning on going for a run today. But those cops came out of nowhere.
Lorewalker Cho is actually pretty good against Big spell mages or any Druid deck. :)
Blood-Queen Lana'thel is probably the worst. Super weak in almost every situation.

Not quite, I made a discolock deck back in the day that was ace with her as a buildaround.
