I played HS for 1-2 years when Naxx Blackrock GvG expansions where around then i stopped and came back to the game last summer. Mill/Fatigue Archetype became my favorite. Mill Rogue was love in first sight it wasn't really a good deck to climb with (i was losing most of the time xD) but every win was worth 10 loses. Then i would grind with a decent deck last 5 days to get a good rank for the end of season xD. I tried mill Warrior too but Rogue had a special place in my heart for that job :) Since Coldlight Oracle moved to HOF it's like i got a hole in my heart for the game.
So i would love it if someone informed me about how is mill Rogue doing in Wild and is it really worth to craft a deck and play in Wild? Cuz with the new expansion i feel like things will get completely out of hand in Wild.
Pure Mill Rogue is hard to pilot in wild, since other decks are way too powerful. You really need to plan ahead and always be mindful of everything.
Kingsbane Mill Rogue, on the other hand, is one of the most polarizing and so to say easiest decks. That's because there are much more weapon buffs in wild. In this deck the core is Kingsbane, the mill packgage merely compliments it.
Mill rogue is very powerful in wild. With the Kingsbane package and Oracle/Shadowstep combo, you can basically win against every slow deck. theres the N'Zoth version, which gives you some tools to survive better against aggro. Mill Druid is also a thing, It uses one copy of Jade Idol to shuffle so you will neve reach fatigue. I've saw once a Fatigue Mage using Duplicate and Echo of Medivh to copy the Oracles/Deathlords. I lost but was fun to watch.
It really depends on the match up in wild there are so many possible decks to play and i never ran into same deck 2 games in a row maybe (even shaman, but it is very rare), with such a wide range of cards u can from time to time beat aggro decks since there are really powerful tools for rouge in wild and you almost beat every single control match up however with the upcoming exp. maybe the meta will shift towards aggro but i would deffinatley recommend crafting mill rouge in wild since u get to keep all the cards and it is a really fun deck i prefer the n'zoth version but i think overall kingsbane might be better.
Yeah I don't miss Oracle at all. Happy to see that archetype go to wild. If I wanted to see all my cards dropping out of my deck I could play 30 card pickup
I do right now. In a time where cards that interact with your opponents deck are scarce, I think it was quite healthy to always have Coldlight around. I know it was most associated with rogue, but even classes like warrior, mage and shaman would run him. Also before you try bringing up some Shudderwock mill deck, just stop. It doesn't work. Shaman draws way too many card and would fatigue itself before you. On the flipside, warrior would have had a tool that could occasionally punish Shudderwock instead of autoconcede. The real culprits in Coldlight decks everyone hates are Vanish and Sap.
Kingsbane millrogue is one of the strongest decks in wild right now. It is probably the strongest controll killer out there. And it is a ton of fun to play IMO

Rip Coldlight Oracle April 10th 2018
You could always play wild. But I do heard that mill rogue is kinda nuts in there, I'm not saying it's unbeatable but it's good.
It’s one of the only golden cards I crafted because I like the art
kinda upset to see it leave standard, but I also completely understand the reasoning
Well, mage get a spell blessed by the Oracle if that is enough for you.

I dont miss it, i play it in my Kingsbane Rogue in Wild. Having a blast melting the faces of Control Warlocks, Mages, Druids and whatnot.
I miss if until I play a dead man’s hand warrior mirror goes on for 45 minutes. Then I’m glad it’s gone.
I'm not missing it. Fuck that card and fuck mill decks.
I totally miss him in my dead man's hand warrior, but on the other hand the card could have seriously limited the success of other control decks.
Top deck is cheat

Coldlight was an awesome card, but dipshit noobs bitched about mill rogue so Blizzard decided to make a bad decision and HoF it. Plain and simple.

No.

This.
I'm sorry for my bad english :v
no. keep that in wild
I miss it si much :/. (True) mill Rogue is my fav deck of all time. And cold light being HoF'd is 50% of the reason I started to play wild.
The 50 other percent being ice block HoF'd, and playing freeze mage.
I know some people don't like much those decks. At least I'm not playing big priest (which I despise).

Kinsbane Mill Rogue and Mill Rogue in general and are horrible in wild. Don't waste your dust
