yes, when i have others minions in hand, the 0 cost creeper is copied, but the copy costs 7. Simulacrum copy of a discount Kabal Crystal Runner has a reduced cost.

I used the Knight of the wild example first, because he reduces his cost when you play beasts while he's in your hand.

 But we don't know that Simulucrum would give you a 0 cost Knight of the Wild, it would probably give you a 7 cost one. The cost reduction has to happen on a turn by turn basis with those cards, its not an Aura effect like with Kabal Runner

I have tested with Knight of the Wild before posting this example ! The copy has a discount cost
