That's right! IIRC it spoke very eloquently in the quest descriptions, and at the end of the quest chain it flies off in a rocket it made. Hobart Grapplehammer can be found just east of it as well. Can't say I saw this coming...
And to think that Mysterious Challenger only cost one more mana and in exchange, had a well statted body, was an epic, and didn't just draw 5, but PLAYED whatever was in your deck. Of course, that was restricted to paladin, but this seems so weak as a legendary
Mysterious challenger was way too strong. This seems more reasonable. It also has one minor edge on Mysterious Challenger, if you have a Secret in play this can draw a copy.
I don’t think this is close to powerful enough to push a secret deck to the top of the meta, but it might find a place in hunter which already can run three secrets and could have some fun with cloaked huntress.
Doesn’t really work with Secret Pally unless you take out Bellringer as you do not want to draw your secrets.
secrets are bad cards so you definitely don't want to play that many different secrets. On top of that if you build around this card it's a 1 of legendary so totally inconsistent.
Horrible card, so horrible I called it a fake when it was leaked. LUL
Don’t mind me, just performing my pre-launch day ritual: “please don’t open this, BlessRNG, please don’t open this, BlessRNG, please don’t open this, BlessRNG, please don’t open this, BlessRNG”.
I think that a lot of people are underestimating this card. Secret hunter is a real deck and has NO decent draw--this not only draws but it thins your deck of your secrets, which you really don't want to top-deck in the endgame.
Also, any card that draws up to 5 cards for 5 mana is going to be played at some point. That effect is simply too impactful to ignore.
Oh Boy people here have no idea how insane this card is. Normaly lots of Secrets are not good in a deck but if you can hard thin you deck out its strong.
What people miss here is that hunters have Stitched Tracker if run in a minion light deck like Spell hunter you`ll get this almost always on curve with insane value.
This is 5 mana UI without armor+damage plz hearthpwn community after Lady in White got voted as a good card here i started to lose hope and Mage Spell is kinda the same thing but im sure people here should be able to see that this is a crazy insane card....you can do it!
Hey man, Lady in White is a good card. It's just that the deck that plays it isn't viable. Bloodsail Cultist saw almost no play until Patches and Small Time Buccaneer were printed and then it was suddenly ubiquitous in one of the strongest decks ever. Lady in White is a 6 mana 5/5 which is, obviously, not a good tempo play but it's not the worst tempo play in the world either. It's effect turns tar creepers into 5/5s, stonehill defenders into 4/4s, Tortollan Shellraisers into 6/6s, Ysera into a 12/12. Priest isn't good right now, that doesn't mean Lady in White isn't good. It just means 1 card wasn't enough to make Priest great again after losing potion of madness, dragonfire potion, Raza, kazakus etc.

Really? Secrets are bad cards?
Explosive Runes: Terrible, 6 damage for 3 manas and one of few answers for the 4 manas druid legendary will copy Malygos, who in the right mind put this crap into your deck...
Counterspell: Horrible, no one will use this piece of garbage in the deck, play for 0 in the same turn you play a 4/3 for 3 manas don't make this playable, right?
Ice Barrier: Bad card, in a meta full of aggro/tempo/burn decks trying to counter druid no one will want to get 8 armor for 3 manas, right? Pure garbage.
Spellbender: Useless, only can safe your minion or stop opponent plays like Naturalize never is something useful.
You don't need to draw a lot of secrets with this new card, if you draw 2 is Arcane Intellect + 4/4 for 2 manas, if you draw 3 is Nourish with a free 4/4 and you don't only have the legendary to work with, you have a 2/3 for 2 manas draw a card and a 4/3 for 3 manas play the secret for free.
This card is awesome, in mage and hunter a least, I don't think will be good in paladin or rogue.
I'm sure this will put people on tilt in Wild because of Cloaked Huntress. Don't play wild myself
In standard, I think it is good-not-great. Perhaps with this and the Secret discover card, Putricide finally finds a deck. Otherwise, I dont think it does enough in Mage or Paladin (or rogue lol) to warrant a spot
A 5 mana draw 5 cards is amazing. Even if it is draw the 5-cards-you-are-least-likely-to-use, it is still still pretty impressive. I can see this being a thing in aggressive secret (wild?) decks.
With all that said, it could be a 'Kelseth' that requires specific deck building; if it's sitting in the bottom of your deck, it's useless!
I like to compare this to Azure Drake that was played in many decks even if the Spell Damage wasn't used all the time.
On Hunter you can draw like 3 secrets to refill your hands and thin your deck because you don't want to topdeck secret when you're in mid/late game. Plus it is a beast.

Best Hunter card they've revealed so far.
Fun fact: Subject 9 is also a quest giver in Wow: https://wow.gamepedia.com/Subject_Nine
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)

Seems excessive, especially as a neutral worse mysterious challenger. But getting 3 from it, even off curve is decent thinning.
Will require new powerful secrets

Maybe like the legendary secret for hunter? :)
Bad, why?

If Hunter can get 1 more good secret, i might have to dust off my Prof. Putricide

Is this card good?
I'll never tell ;D
A cHeApeR UlTiMaTe InFeStaTiOn ThAt TuTorS
Seriously, very good card because you dont even need draw full 5,just 2-3 secrets already good enough for 5 mana + 4/4 body
My only concern here is team 5 really waste a legendary slot for a card can only use in 4 classes, this should be a epic card with draw 3 secrets
insane raw power level here, even if it doesn't quite fit anywhere yet.
