its a strong card, good late gameish card, BUT you cant really run big cards with it and Discard warlock does not really work, so probs just a good zooish card.
nice card. maybe Cruel Dinomancer can become useful now. you play the dinomancers and this in a zoo deck, play the cheap minions you draw from this, only discard bigger stuff like giants or Doomguard and the dinomancer gets good value.
This card exists basically as a strict reload for Zoolocks considering they're the only type of Warlock decks that would theisably get value out of this card and play at least 2 of the drawn cards (which I think would be the base sort of value of this card and what you should expect in a way), other than that, I really like the flavour of it, I think it's just a great card, not super overpowered like other legendary cards we've seen Warlocks get like Lord Godfrey and Bloodreaver Gul'dan. It's just a good card for a specific kinda deck that really hasn't seen any direct love from Blizzard for a while. I really like this card.
...Also for those suggesting its good in Discolock...
No. Just No.
Even if you know exactly what you're discarding, it won't make the deck playable. Unless Blizzard drops a card that allows you to choose which card from your hand to discard whenever you discard a card, I don't think Discolock will ever be playable.

Stop saying nonsense, this card alone upgrade that deck from meme to Tier 2 because is cheap and you can control the discarded cards.
Put a 3/3, hit an random enemy with 4 damage, turn your 2/2 into 4/4 or draw 3 or even 6 freaking cards for only 1 mana is the more powerful play in this game history.
The only reason the deck will not be a Tier 1 in Wild is because this spell is legendary, the deck can't draw in every game.

Never say never. This cards completes half of the quest on its own. Throw in a couple of Cataclysms and Warlock can probably finish his quest on turn 4 consistently and play his portal on curve.
Just don't forget it's a legendary and that means you can run just one copy. The chance that aggro will draw this card is very low so even if it was playable there would be a really low chance that this card will ever have some huge inpact on deck's performance.
Also isn't it a bit too casual effect for a legendary card ? This card just yells lazy design to me.
This is stupid amounts of completely and utterly broken. Who said that this was ok? For 1 mana, you get 3 cards in zoolock! If discard comes back at all, this card doesn't even have a drawback.

From a design aspect, this is very clean and promotes higher skill in any aggro or zoo Warlock, so it isn't lazy at all.

Aggro zoo fuel. Playing it with a same deck with Bloodreaver Gul'dan is suicidal lol but in zoo it is nice.
Discolock is a meme.
Amazing (and yet somehow balanced) reload for zoo.
Voted metadefining. Heallock is already strong and they have a project to stop druid

Great card at all parameters!
I like that a lot of the cards in this expansion seem have crazy effects.
This card could work pretty well if you have Dollmaster Dorian in play or combo with him
Oh boy, seriously? Zoolock will be our only hope vs the druid reign of terror?
Amazing card, in Wild discardlock received the definitive card that deck searching for years, finally a cheap card you can control the discard.
Feel sorry for priest players, the class can't handle the early agression of warlocks or the insane faster OTK druids.

Zoolock in 7th turn, OP card

Why is team 5 buffing aggro/zoo decks??
I inevitably cringe whenever Blizzard realses cards with the discard mechanic.
Release the Kraken!

Take a look at my card creations here in vojza's mini expansion topic.
