I was hoping to see another card that can destroy heroes, and I am overjoyed that day is come!
Yet, when I think about a deck designed around emptying your hand, deck, and board, I get frustrated because I don't think there's a class that can do all three things consistently. Rogues can clean out their deck using Myra's Unstable Element, and Warlocks can empty their hand and board with Cataclysm, but few other classes have options that strong. Not to mention using this card would almost have to be a two-turn combo due to its high cost, and there is a good risk of it getting Silenced.
Best class to pull this off is Druid. (Un)fortunately, Druid has so many better combo's it can try, that are much better than this one.
Didn't Blizzard say that OTK decks are fine in a niche, but their lack of interactivity is something they want to avoid as a top-tier deck? Why is Druid getting all the tools to pull off whatever OTK they want?
So 3 card OTK combo, Mecha C'thun, Naturalize and Innervate. Skulking Geist destroys you but oh well. You already have a great control/stall shell in Druid... and this seems more unstoppable than Maly. Hemet probably better than UI to get rid of your deck.
Emptying your hand as a Druid is a tough task depending on what sort of deck you're playing. If you have expensive cards to conmpete with your opponent while going through your deck it's going to take quitte a few turns and at that point probably better to go with Malygos. If you want a lot of draw you're most likely going to fatigue yourself in the process and if you decide to go the Hemet route you have no real concistency and a tough time competing with your opponent during the game
Control warrior with only 1-3 cost cards and focusing on keeping armor over 10, hemet after you have at least 1 shield slam in hand.
After hemet, emptying hand and hitting fatigue, you play boomship, cthun hits the dance floor and you shield slam the sucker. (You could also hold on to 2 plated beettle or Eternimum rovers to suicide from boomship into a 3 or higher enemy minion. That way you would only need 4 or 6 armor saved up to be able to shield slam Cthun)
Sounds like a horrible plan :)
But hey, how about you just play regular odd warrior with Dr Boom and 2 omega assembly?
When you hit fatigue you have 6 random mechs (could be Cthun) from omega and perhaps 1-2 chances to discover Cthun from Boom hero power.
The card is meant to be a joke. Don’t waste your time on brainstorming a viable deck, there is none, outside of the friendly challenge where you and your buddy play decks with the same win condition.

Azalina Soulthief and King Togwaggle were also considered a meme cards but look! They actually have competitive decks in both formats lol. :P
A lot of people are thinking something along the lines of C'thun, Innervate, Naturalize. I'm thinking that maybe a hemet deck with C'thun, double Swipe, and the Flobbidinous Floop would be pretty cool! I mean, you're opponent sees the C'thun and kills it, then the next turn you Flobbinous Floop into swipe. Not bad!

Swipe can't target friendly minions, but Starfall gets the job done (and I theorycrafted a deck based on this idea, it's buried way back on an earlier page).
Why not play this card as a backup win condition in a miracle rogue? The opponent has to use his hex, sheep or silence on Edwin or the Adventurers. If the miracle works you win if it doesn't you drop Mecha'thun as your last card.
Just to make something clear if someone dont understand "EMPTY BATTLEFIELD"... That means you cant have ANY CARD on battlefield (weapon, secret, quest, dormant..) ty.
I can almost guarantee I will craft this! How is this not the most fun challenge, to make a Mecha'thun deck win?
Blizzard has thrown down the gauntlet, folks.

Still gota play out ur hand (not hard if you play only 3 drops or less)
Then play this and not die.
Then somehow kill this and not have it polyed, hexed, or silenced.
GL with ur pipe dream.
Carpe Diem - Seize the day

The only combo i could really see working is in wild with Emperor Thaurissan, Mecha'thun, Bloodbloom, Cataclysm. They're also all even-cost cards so you can tap through your deck quicker
I will definitelly try my theorycrafted deck. In right hands this meme card can be really strong wincondition (Same as TogAzalina Druid)
The goal is basically to hit the fatique for your Mecha'thun to work.
Emperor Thaurissan needs to discount Mecha'thun and Bloodbloom.
then
No cards in deck+ Discounted Mecha'thun+Discounted Bloodbloom into Cataclysm into= GG

Why play this when you can just play shudderwock and win with a way easier win condition
Hi new much needed druid archetype
Also huntard play dead ..?

So all you have to do is play Rin, treachery her to bait the opponent to play Azari (eventually), then drop mechathun, then cataclysm. Easy.
edit: for the purposes of this hypothetical please assume your opponent is dumb and won't kill the mechathun when you still have cards in your hand.

They need to add a extra voting option labelled “Meme”. Theres nothing else to say about this.
