Could use Explore Un'Goro + Skulking Geist to wipe your own deck but would need to be extremely low on hand/board as well. Then get rid of the Geist somehow. With Dr. Boom, Mad Genius in play it would have Rush, but then you would need your opponent to have a 10/10 or higher on the board to kill it against...
The best use i'm seeing is to just use it in general with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius (probably gained from Omega Assembly rather than including it). A 10/10 rush mech is decent and sticky, playing a Zilliax on it the following turn would make a pretty big body with lifesteal. The deathrattle would be nice but I don't see that being even a remotely functional strategy. With Boom Warrior it will be a 10/10 with Rush, which is an okay 10 mana.
This is broken in some matchups and downright useless in others. Hemet seems like a natural fit, but beyond that, I have no clue what a Mecha'thun deck would look like.
This. Against control decks looking at going into fatigue a deck around this is pretty broken. Against many other decks, like Shudderwok or Maly Druid it's a race to the combo.
As it stands think Maly Druid but with C'thun as the win condition. Very defensive. The question though do you run Floop for an easier c'thun turn and give up Oaken Summons or just try to play C'thun with innervate and naturalize in hand? I guess it's three cards either way. So i'd stick with Oaken summons variant.
I think this thing will have a significant effect on the way control games are played without ever being put in decks because you can discover it with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius hero power in control warrior.
Though it should be noted than in wild you can activate it with Cataclysm if you reduce both with Drakkari Enchanter and Emperor Thaurissan. 4 card combo destroy your opponent over two turns is pretty good all things considered.

Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
Silence and transform removal are already everywhere in both the wild and standard meta. You need to kill it the turn it is played while having an empty deck and the final 2 cards being this and your removal spell. Can it happen? Sure, but you will lose a lot more games with this strategy than you'd win.
Remember though you want to play Cata the same turn you play Mecha C'thun. You REALLY don't want to play out C'thun and hope he lasts a turn, that is asking to just lose outright.
Now you have two coins. Proceed to draw out your deck. Anytime after turn 10 now you will Play out Mecha'thun, double coin, Bloodbloom, Cataclysm.
The huge and glaring issue. That is essentially at minimum 7 cards and ostensibly 10 health (due to Bloodbloom) less you have to start with. And you have to a build a deck with remaining cards that can survive till then AND draw a crap ton of cards on top of that. Then you have two pre-requisite combo phases to go through that are extremely low tempo.
It's possible sure, but likely to auto loose to aggressive decks, more balanced combo decks like Maly Druid who can put pressure on you while building to their combo, and of course shudderwok who can do the same.
Druid might work though it is kind of hard to get the hand empty. Thank god this is hardcountered by geist.
I played Togwaggle all week and it is surprisingly effective and always gets the deck empty. I would not yet count it out. I laughed at Togwaggle at first.
Either way highlight reel card. I just feel like the cthun art is a bit wasted on this.
Maybe if you feel ballsy, and don't think your opponent can remove this card, you wait a turn and play Whirlwind andExecute in order to instantly trigger the effect.
You may think this is a meme card, but there are ways to make this work and they scare me, a lot.
A deck with 3 or less casting cost cards, this card, Hemet, Jungle Hunter and a way to fish for him quickly.
Warrior maybe with a lot of setup?

What happen if you die for fatigue damage doing this? You die before the effect of C'Thun, draw or win the game?
Super Fatigue Warlock + Cataclysm = EZ CLAP
Made a basic mock-up of how a druid OTK could work.

Alt finisher in control warlock? Requires 2 thaurissan ticks.
No deck
play Mecha'thun
play Bloodbloom
play Cataclysm
profit
Why not Naturalize since it only costs 1 mana ?

Priest with resurrect can work too.

New idea after brainstorming with friends.

coin coin bloodbloom
cataclysm
Sooooooooo......
Hemet->machathun->catclysm->GGnoRe

Because Hemet, Jungle Hunter destroys it. Meaning if they are on the bottom of your deck you lose.
Bad card
Remember though you want to play Cata the same turn you play Mecha C'thun. You REALLY don't want to play out C'thun and hope he lasts a turn, that is asking to just lose outright.
So here is the combo I was thinking of.
Turn 6 (or anytime there after), Play Hoarding Dragon. Then Bloodbloom > Treachery, Siphon Soul (the Hoarding Dragon).
Now you have two coins. Proceed to draw out your deck. Anytime after turn 10 now you will Play out Mecha'thun, double coin, Bloodbloom, Cataclysm.

Btw. Will get this golden on my preorder..
Occasionally gives helpful advice.
Do you know what's the worst thing about this card? I can see it being run in a type of combo deck...
I can see a warrior deck that has a lot of super control cards, maybe small minions like Armoursmith and Drywhisker Armourer, and then you either Explore Ungoro and Skulking Giest or you play Hemet, Jungle Hunter to reduce your deck to just this card.
Maybe if you feel ballsy, and don't think your opponent can remove this card, you wait a turn and play Whirlwind andExecute in order to instantly trigger the effect.
You may think this is a meme card, but there are ways to make this work and they scare me, a lot.
just shove it in renolock TBH. you can get away with playing anything in that deck
