I deem this card as some sort of emergency button for Recruit Warrior in case you draw too many of your biggies before turn 6 Gather Your Party or 8 Woecleaver. Nice design, but does that let the deck become good enough? We'll see.
A lot of big minions in Warrior don't have battlecry: Lich King, Rotface, Ysera, Gunspire, Grommash Hellscream, Yip, Crawley + whirlwind. It does play into AoE, but so do other cards that fill the board.
Nonetheless I don't like this cards since it doesn't make sense (right now) to put it into a mech deck and recruit warrior needs tons of legendaries to make it work. Making it (atleast for me) a waste of a legendary spell. But we will see where this card will fit in aventually xD
I know recruit warrior is an archtype but this card heavily plays into aoe, you want to time your threats right too, The meta is at it's slowest right now but I already saw some cards that are efficient in aggro.. I expect a resurgence of aggro decks. in the current meta you can try to build the greediest deck and it might work against certain meta decks.. I doubt greedy lists will prevail next expansion just a few cards revealed and a lot of them suggest that they want the board to be swarmed and snowbally (basically aggro decks).
costs a lot and works with cards that cost a lot and also makes your hand 4 cards emptier.. warrior now does have an infinite value generator though, with dr.boom.. so we will see, I doubt this card is good enough to run though.
I mean, this card could be insane when played, but probably not.
You need more than one large creature in your hand when you play this. If you only have one large creature in your hand, it's barely better than casting the creature manually. If you top deck it after you've already played a couple of big creatures, it has a high chance of being useless... How often do you have multiple large threats in your hand after you've been at 10 mana a couple of turns?
And unlike with recruit, you're not actually gaining card advantage from this, since you can only summon things you already drew, and are spending a card for the privilege of doing so.
Basically, it's a tempo card that sacrifices card advantage and requires a bunch of expensive cards in your hand that haven't been played, all costed at 9 mana. I don't think so.
The thing about Big Warrior vs. Big Priest is that Big Priest can either cheat the cards out early before you can deal with them or keep bringing them back. I'd be worried with this that you play it and either win or have your board cleared and lose as your hand is emptied of the good stuff. Maybe warrior can work around this but I'm not sure.
This card is insane. Answer that CW needs for a long time.
1) Good in recruit archetype when you draws big shit pre-Woecleaver, but works even better as endgame push that CW need, especially against those combo decks that punish fatigue style. It's also odd, so Odd CW can also run it.
2) Immediate board impact with rush.
3) No one runs big dude board clear anymore. Warlocks nowadays don't even run Nether. Priest Screams don't really kill them. Jaina you bait her Fury or play when she fatigue. Shaman Volcano struggles to clear (Big recruit warrior is already favourable). Other than these, CW usually don't worry about other control classes. However, if CW flourishes in the next meta, need to play around Brawls.
4) If the meta becomes super slow, DMH makes it no downside of legendary spell unlike other classes who can run only 1.
5) Various possibilities or combos or synergies. Can be used with Omega Assembly at 10. OTK shenanigan with Grommash+2 Devilsaurs+Inner Rage = 30 face with bloodrazor equipped.
Eureka is in a different class, 3 mana less, not legendary, and summons a copy rather than pull the minion. Very different applications. Eureka is a cheat out a big minion/ combo enabler. This is a big value card.
Ways to cheat out minions have been present in HS for years. I was hoping for something more creative.
My idea for a warrior legendary was to shuffle 3 burrowing mines into your opponent's deck. It would be really nice vs. decks like Kingsbane or Shuddy.
This card is absolutely rediculous under the right circumstances, can't wait to use it in battle. Silver Vanguard, Stormwatcher, Gruul, Deathwing, Ysera, Lich King...

This is a really nice card. Big push for Big Warrior!
I knew I didn't dust my Foe Reaper 4000 for a reason.

its painstakingly obvious now that blizzard has declared this the warrior meta
big recruit all day.
9 mana, you now dominate the board.

This card plays the minions from your hand, which means the deck needs more card draw.

Yeah, on turn 10, you get to do both and take advantage of both effects. And they are both odd cards just in case you wanted to do Odd mech Warrior.
This can also be good outside of Mech decks. This card is very strong, but designed for control warrior. Good catch.
Eh.... Now maybe they have tools to keep up. Don't know about it being the warrior meta

HOLY S#!T... I mean SHIP?!?!
I'm not a fan, honestly. it's too all or nothing.
Its ok, but against control you'll receive a mass clear from your opponent saving him some removals.

Is not that hard with upgraded hero power from the start.
