This card is INSANE! People rating this low have no clue about the game ^^.
This is a 7 mana 5/5 that draws and plays 4 1 drops so if your generous you can say this card is about 6 mana undercosted for what it does.
The mechs are super relevant alone with magnetic, but also chance we get another metaltoth leaper or all mech buff card is super likely making this even better. The stats spread on this makes it super hard to remove the board after you play this but even a flamestrike will leave a 5/1 on board.
This card is pure nuts on standalone value, will be staple in all hunter decks except spellhunter.
No it doesn't "draw and play 4 one drops"
First of all Boommaster doesn't thin your deck. And you would never have these terrible 1 drops in your deck anyway.
Now you've got to tell me why four 0/2 minions are worth 6 mana and why 5/5 is worth 7 mana.
5/5 for 7 is not hard to remove my friend, and your magnetic minions are long gone on your early game minions.
It's going to take a while to trigger all your bombs and while you try weird and funny ways to activate a tiny 2 damage deathrattle, you're just dying from Deathknights and combo decks.
Even in Wild with feign death, this will not see play, good players will remove the bombs asap, because the Deathrattle are NOT threatening. It's like the eggs. Good players remove egg on curve even if they lose tempo with the 5/5 afterwards. But boommaster doesn't provide any tempo.
Anyway, this is the most disappointing card so far, should cost 5 mana, even with more deathrattle support coming, this is pretty trash, this cards loses tempo for nothing.
What are you talking about? Hunter is never playing tempo game. The huge face damage is just the thing hunter wants. By turn 7 as opponent of hunter you can’t really take 8 damage to clear the board. Because your hp will be already low.
Might see play in Wild in Mech and Combo Hunters but otherwise it's too slow for the class. Why would you play 7 mana 5/5 with 0/2s on turn 7 when you can end the game on that same turn?
All I know I am playing a wild deck with this. Playing this then when they don't kill the 0/2's I will follow it up with double Feign Death. Funsies decks are fun.
Lots of people are living in standard format huh? I say this card is OP in wild, lot's way to trigger this card, in fact, more ways to make this card being dangerous. This card is outstanding if Hunter's mech archetype is successful!
EDIT: Remember you're playing as the hunter, as face damage is your main objective!
More like syndragosa than Dr boom but with less consistent ways to activate plus takes up 5 boards spaces.
Less good than it looks but if some drattle magnetic hunter can devolp I can see something with this. Hunter has terrorscale and play dead too for bonus face hits

It generates them and play them, so a 5/5 is about 4,5 mana, 4x1 drop is 4 mana, now we need to asses how much mana it should cost to generate fou 1 drops id say it should be around 3 Mana and you also have combined effect. You end up with over 10 mana value of this minion even if your extremely negative with card evaluation.
this minion is great, only question is how good minion based hunters will be in the tier list since they need 1-2 reliable 1 drops to snowball more consistently. But this will be for sure staple cuve play after highmane.

In an agro hunter deck, this could be the finishing move. Play this, the turn after, if rhe enemy doest take them out, u could potencially do 16 face damege or even more just with the mechs damage. Fireworks Tech x3(6x) if u use stiched tracker, Playdead x2 . So basicaly if the enemy doesnt clear the board for 8 damege, u could face for 16 the turn afer that. And even more the turn after

2. why don't you just play King Krush. that's ONE CARD which does 8 damage to your opponent immediately without needing to be comboed with anything lame AND it can do other things like trade with minions if you need it to.

i think this is a very good card because it puts pressure on the opponent for his next turn:
1. Should i clear to board but take 8 facedamage? (soft taunt with face damage)
2. Should i ignore them but risk that they will be buffed next turn?
It really come down to the other Hunter Mech / Deathrattle Cards in this AddOn.
