Guys maybe you hasnt played rogue enough, but this card + Fal'dorei Strider isnt so good, because too many spiders can just discards in a row... I cant tell what combo could be great at the moment... yes value from 3 copies is great, but what current cards??? buff the weapon? (too slow) Maybe deathrattle rogue with amulet could be a thing

This person knows how the Strider's work. When you're basing synergies and overall strategies around the Strider, overt card draw is NOT what you need. You need to use a conjunction of emptying your hand while managing your topdecks AND the board. If any 1 of these 3 variables goes against your favour the combo stops working essentially. Point being if you want to use this as a combo enabler for Strider tricks, the learning curve is high enough that it might not be viable outside high level play.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Baleful is neutral but an epic should be than a common class specific card. I could see your case if Lab recruiter was a rare . Class specific cards are more powerful but not to the level where class specific commons are better than neutral epics. This shuffles 3 baleful only shuffles one. Its a total powercreep.
They HoFed Coldlight Oracle because they didn't want Mill Rogue in Standard. Now they've printed Lab Recruiter. FacePalm

Stupid people comparing Baleful Banker with this guy. I think people forgot that banker is NEUTRAL. By the way, the only comparison with Baleful Banker was Manic Soulcaster
Lol they nerfed quest rogue but created another control decks killer... Dat blizzard. With this card Myra's Unstable Element got much more sense. You just need to find at least one Fal'dorei Strider , two Lab Recruiter and Myra's Unstable Element. After that with Myra's Unstable Element you make your deck empty and use Lab Recruiter on Fal'dorei Strider so you shuffle 3 copys of it in your deck, so there will be 3 copys of ambush and 3 copies of Fal'dorei Strider, so when you draw all copies(or not, how ever you want) of it you can start play 1 Fal'dorei Strider each turn and on next turn you get 3 spiders on your board, with two Lab Recruiter you gonna have 6 Fal'dorei Strider so thats mean that you can fill your board with 3 spiders each turn for next six turns in a row - thats super strong. And thats not all, if you want , you can make them infinite by abuse Lab Recruiter on Lab Recruiter few times and after that you can play all of them on Fal'dorei Strider
Never Fatigue Rogue with this card and Kingsbane. You can easily outlast control decks. This is like a new Jade Idol in which you will lose if you are control.
The thing is, this will push combo decks into the lime light even more. Because this card does nothing against 1 or 2 turn kill decks.
This combined with the combo bard to draw 2 minions, means that you will always have a hand full of cards.
In my opinion, this card is better than gang up, because gang up can't shuffle more gang up into your deck. This card also explains the existence of myras unstable element.

I´m testing a deck like this in wild atm. Deathrattleminions like Sylvannas and some for hp like rotten appelbaum,... Gang up shadowcaster is main part of the deck, to get enough copies of what you need. It is a lot of fun, but sadly a little bit too slow. Minions are a little bit too expensive to get enough tempo in early game. So I think you would have no chance against aggro. Haven´t testet it very much against other players up till now. Just against friends and inkeeper. Anyway the recruiter will fit very well in this deck.
I still struggle to understand how this card isn't going to break the game.
The big difference with Gang up here isn't the 3/2 stats vs nothing, it's the fact that it's a minion. So you can Shadowstep it. Now you don't have 6 additional copies of a card, you have 12. And Zola the Gorgon. 15 copies. And Valeera the Hollow. 21 copies. And Sonia Shadowdancer. Let's say +6 on average, 27 copies. This is just for standard.
Are you ready for 50+ damage Kingsbane?
Are you ready for infinite coldlight oracle in Wild, rogue players milling even aggro decks with 30 one drops?
major inflation on this. No way it should be a cost-2. C5 would be about right. A base C2 would have stat line of 2/2 if it had something else then either the attack or defense adjust downward. And adding 3 copies is a major thing - look at hunter Dire Frenzy at C4. Looking at some of the other cards there is a lot of powercreep in this expansion.
begin salty moment... I've been playing for over 2 years now, sinking money into each expansion and just these past months been able to play meta... and now it looks like powercreep will make most of those cards unplayable. end salty moment.
Minions copied with these keeps their stats due to the recent updates, right?
that would be nice if it did. I'm not sure though. I know I read something about this a few weeks back though.
if you're copying the pogo dude though they keep snowballing anyway.
I was wishing this guy was a 3 count card so I could make a keleseth meme deck with it, but alas they are trying not to support even and odd this time any further, so it had to be a 2 cost so it wouldn't work in odd rogue.
which tbh I don't agree with as they are going to kill off even and odd with new decks becoming more powerful most likely with them making such am effort not to give these archtypes any new cards
I thought a recruiter would take minions out of the deck, Infinite rogue is gonna be a thing

God damn, Lab recruiter just made Baleful banker his bitch.

I'm gonna keep every copy of this card. Sooner or later it will be nerfed

I like this card very much, cause it feels like back to the roots.
I´m glad is not just burglestuff or aggro/tempo.

But if it actually keeps the buffs you could use Zilliax on the Pogo bunny and they'd keep rush and lifesteal. That would be incredibly op.
yeah that sounds awesome mate. fingers crossed it works that way.
It's gonna get a nerf if it does though :D keep your golden copies.
