And that's fine? 4 mana is better than 5 mana. No reason to be stronger than Faceless.
1 mana 1/3 demon is worse than 2 mana 2/4 demon. I guess you'd rather have a 1 mana 2/4 and a 2 mana 1/3, that makes sense. Right.
It's a legendary and faceless is epic. It have a reason to be stronger 1200 dust more expensive and you can only copy your own minions. Faceless can copy anything and will not be only 3/4. It can turn in a 5 mana 4/12 Ysera. If we will talk only about stats, it's overcosted cuz are 3 mana 3/4 on the game and this cost 4 mana.
The big difference here is the for faceless to work you have to A) hope your minion you want to copy survives a turn. B) Play the minion the same turn you would the Faceless.
Admittedly this is easier for druid than other classes. But not really "easy" at all. This cards biggest benefit is being safely in your hand when it transforms.
Its not like Faceless or Taldaram at all ! Having a card like Malygos out on the board is the most scary thing in Hearthstone, the fact you don’t see him more in other classes is his mana cost!!! Now lowering his cost by 5 !!! ..is so huge. No one plays Faceless Manipulator because he hopes Malygos sticks on the board, if he would tho... you can be sure as hell Rouge and others would only play that .

It doesn't have to be better than faceless, its just another faceless. If you don't use it in a combo deck, it can be anything. You could copy a Ysera with your faceless and use Floop as another faceless to make another Ysera
This happens with every new expansion. People can't fathom the strong decks today being weak once the expansion hits. Witchwood is a very slow meta, with even the aggressive decks looking for lethal around turn 7. Does anyone remember pirate warrior? It was a bad game if your opponent wasnt dead turn 5. although we don't have many aggro tools available now, im sure more will be coming in boomsday
This is really worrisome for copying Hadronox. It's hard enough getting rid of the taunts after Hadronox without having to do it again the next turn. Plus it increases the chance of Hadronox being resummoned.
I do fear that this card will be the type of minion that is absolutely broken when it works but useless when it doesn't, resulting in never being nerfed because "the win-rate is only 53%!" like with the Cube. However the only reason Cube had such a crap win-rate is because brain-dead players can't use it properly... And this will be the same.

This is that i'm trying to say. It's better than Faceless.
SONARICEO said they will nerf Flobbidinous Floop to "while this is in your hand, this is a 3/4 copy of the last minion you played this turn" and i think this way, it would be worse than Faceless.

I can already copy Hadronox forever. I naturalize him as soon as he hits the board to keep him from getting silenced or transformed, and then I can bring him back for three mana with Witching Hour, and hit the new one with a cube.

I think Druid will have another Tier 1 meta.
OH, sorry I misunderstood your point. My apologies.
I'm sure that the winrate of malygos druid will only be about 50% because literally every other meta deck is aggro...
Seriously though, what is it with druid being the anti-control class? First Jade Idol (which turned out to be just as broken vs control as people thought) and now this.
When the nerfs come in september this will be changed to "while this is in your hand, this is a 3/4 copy of the last minion you played this turn."
For people in september: upvote this because I was right
:D
When nerfs come in september, this card will remain untouched. Why? Because a lot of people have paid big bucks (80$ to be more precise) for this expansion and they want to be sure that whatever it’s revealed stays like that for a long time.
If they change it soon after Boomsday is released, then they pretty much admit that the expansion is bad designed and people will no longer pre order future expansions because of this feeling.
The best time to nerf this card will be after the 3rd expansion because that’s where all the focus will be and people won’t care anymore about Boomsday.
So yeah, if they will nerf something in september, it’s going to be either Ultimate Infestation or Wild Growth, or both.

Being released just a couple weeks ago doesn´t make a card, which turned out being too strong or unfun to play against, immune to (relatively) fast nerfs .... ( see Spreading Plague , The Caverns Below ,or Corridor Creeper )
And no one pays 80$ for "that" card, since it’s not even guaranteed you get "that" card in your 80 packs. Also if they need to nerf "that" card, you obviously get your full dust back. So, no real reason there to leave oppressive or unfun cards untouched.
This card will be unplayable in hadronox druid. In most matchups, it just becomes a 3rd witching hour for 4 mana that you are forced to play immediately after you play hadronox. Also, you cant recruit hadronox, you need to play it. For me, 2 witching hours is plenty of value. A 3rd would be straight up greedy. And I don't want to be holding onto hadronox waiting to draw my floop. It's a dead card if it's still in your deck when you play hadronox. The way I understand it, if you topdeck floop the turn after you play hadronox, it's just a vanilla 3/4.
There is a very good chance Maly will be too slow once the expansion drops. We are allowed to be greedy in the Witchwood because not many aggro tools have yet been released. Even the more aggressive decks are looking for lethal around turn 7. Does anyone remember Pirate Warrior? It was a bad game if their opponent wasn't dead turn 5. If we get a solid aggro deck, there is no way you could drop Maly on 9 mana and live to the next turn.
That considered, floop will definitely be badass in wild. A 4 mana sylvanas or ragnaros sounds fun. It could have some avianna-kun shenanigans, but lets be honest, if you get avianna-kun you've already won anyway. Floop would just earn you style points.
The card is definitely overhyped for standard. It baffles me that all people are talking about is whether or not it will be nerfed.
Wild Aviana Druid just became very happy. What makes this broken is that it carries over from the last turn, so you can double up some some really high cost legendaries.

Very good! But not in a good way, its gonna be fun playing vs druid. Looking at someone draw all his cards, then kill you.
They have to be printing something like dirty rat... right?
Otherwise we might see odd hunter make a comeback...
Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
how to broke your game and make your unaware opponent concede?
this^
otherwise, the idea is damn good
Blizz, can i play class other than paladin?

Welp, looks like the best deck will be Maly Druid for this expansion...
This seems more broken than any deck that's come before it.
