Really curious to know the designated target of the second spell since there is no "Target choosed randomly" in the effect.
I wonder if you can re-choose the target or if it would be the same as the first spell and this case: what happen when you play a Lava Burst to a =<5HP minion ? Target choosen randomly or just recast on the same minion and basically nullify the second spell ?
Anyway, this is a really good card, it remains to know the new shaman spells (expecially the legendary one)

Wording seems similar to the double battlecry elemental which copies the target.
So, a legendary Murmuring Elemental for spells instead of battlecry? But which Shaman spell would you want to cast twice? Volcano? Bloodlust? Lesser Sapphire Spellstone? Sounds somewhat clunky to me, apart from it I see average stats plus Elemental tag. Not sure if it's worth it.
/edit - However, this could be a really nice upgrade for Shudderwock Shaman (Murmuring has been used there too) which is something I'm actually afraid of...
I see this being played more in a tempo shaman. Potentially insane with Lava Burst. 6 mana 3/3 and 10 damage to face. (note the card does NOT say targets chosen randomly)
Great card. Simple, but strong effect, low cost, great potential.
As for how good it will peform, I'm not sure. I think it will largely depend on what else Shaman is gonna get. It doesn't really fit into current decks, and outside of Shudderwock and Even, Shaman is a rather hopeless class right now. Maybe there will be a new decktype that Electra can carry, but for now, I'm not too sure.
Of course, the fact that there's a legendary spell will make this even more interesting, but I assume that the legendary spell was designed very carefully. Adding a legendary spell and a minion that casts the next spell twice is just a bit too obvious to accidentally design a gamebreaking combo. Either the spell costs too much (8+), or you don't want to cast it twice for some reason, like dealing 15 damage to both heroes or something like that.
Since it wasn't mentioned, maybe it's logical to assume, that the won't (i.e. the initial target stays the same).
I expect the target of the copy to be random, which makes this card a lot worse.
I don't think it's random.... the card has the same wording as Brann Bronzebeard had... and he does it twice to the SAME target... also overloading each time...
I hope she turns out to be versatile enough that there is more than one spell in my deck I'd want to use her with. Otherwise, I fear she won't rise above meme card status.
Indeed! This card alone might make aggro shaman viable in standard as well, but those comboes with Crackle along with the trogg/jade claws/77 earlygame can get very ugly...

Brann doesn't double overload but I think elektra will. Overload is not part of the battlecry but as the spell is casted again it casts also the overload again.
Hard to say. It´s a situational card with strong potential. I don´t think it´s meta defining but it strongly depends what shamans get. If we get something like: cost: 5, deal 8 damage to a targt. Overload (3). then it becomes a dangerous card.

I agree with this.
Electra will be a finisher in aggro decks, and a good value/control card in slow deck. Really a perfect Leg for Shaman, would be too powerful in most other decks

Farsight, Lightning Storm, Lava Burst...
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
This and healing rain heals for 24 for 6 mana seems like that combo alone would be good enough.
Because of this card, it's not likely to be very good, IMO.

Key card for clear bord or a finish your oponent. Looks like it will be broken
imagine priest steal this card. Oh sweet lord ~

Wow man this card is a hero! It could resurrect murloc shaman on its own :-O
No one mentioned the combos with Ice Fishing and Everyfin is Awesome, but i believe this card would be very good for the deck.
Lightwarden approves of this card.
Here's a Shaman card based on repeating card effects to join Murmuring Elemental and Shudderwock!

Insane card in Wild agro shaman. GG HS....GG

fkn broken shit 3 mana is so cheap there is absolute value in this card.

Surprise!
