Card looks insanely good, I'm glad it's just for rogue because it might borderline broken! Remember when Keibler said how good tracking was which does a similar thing, for important deck filtering and having a smaller deck allows consistency. The rule to card games is the less cards you have in your deck the better! This card allows you to draw your deck instantly and never have to deal with draw RNG.
Cast this on 5 and possibly run kings bane or a rush deck to refill your hand. Fatigue doesn't matter too much since games are short no one fatigues generally and the only life that matters is your last life point.
Trying to come up with something...unless there's more support for a Rogue Tog deck (at least in standard) I can't see how this could be viable.
Warlock has summoning portals to pull off the Togg + Aza combo, Druid has Twig and/or naturalize.
There's some potential shenanigans with Dollmaster or Kobold Illusionist, specifically dropping Togg and then a 1/1 version of Aza (or the opposite of course) after you shadowstep / vanish, but seems unlikely
I have a wild King Toggle deck that I love. It's goal is to draw out my deck as fast as possible and swap decks after filling my opponents hand. It always needs a tick or two from Emperor T. to make it happen. I can really see this going well in there. With one tick of the Emperor and prep this is a 1 mana way to burn off my entire deck before the swap.
This is going to be a fun card, but it has potential to be too good. It could be a solid aggro rogue build 'all in' move to fill up your hand and try to finish off your opponent. Might even be OP'd. We'll see.
This card is amazing! You would want too put this in an aggro deck or even odd rouge. You usually would play it when you have no cards or close to running out of cards. This is like your Divine Favor but for rouge. Also, who cares if you mill 10 cards or that you start taking fatigue damage. The 10 new cards you draw are usually enough to end the game since you now have your burst. If you end up dying by the fatigue you where not going to win the game anyways. It's like a super version of Divine Favor When paladins draw that card you cry. When odd rouge draws this card you die. Just imagine when you play this card and then play Southsea Deckhand with 2 Cold Blood bam 10 damage with your 2 damage weapon.

Sounds like a win more card that will sit in your hand the whole game.

Depends on the effect, but this effect has major negatives over Tracking. With tracking you can protect a key card and you don’t immediately force yourself into fatigue. Burning cards isn’t impactful, until you reach fatigue. Except this instantly puts you in fatigue.
It might find a place in aggro decks, a five mana draw 10 when you are already on the clock against a control opponent could definitely work.
I am interested to see how a Kingsbane deck would work. No fatigue issues since you can destroy Kingsbane most turns. But it is a huge risk.
I don’t think Toggwaggle will work as you don’t have the opponent draw cards to cause the ransom to be burned. so you won’t want to burn and then swap. And if you swap and then burn, your opponent just doesn’t ransom, the garbage deck they have is probably better than no deck. Maybe combine Toggwaggle with Kingsbane so you have constant damage and don’t suffer fatigue while they have a crappy deck?
Control, Combo (other than Toggwaggle mentioned above), and Miracle decks won’t want it since they usually have large hands and don’t want to burn cards until they have everything they need already, this would use clutter the hand.
Just don't ever play this against a daring reporter xD! I do see potential in this card as a divine favor for rogue. Spam the board with early stuff. Go face a bunch and draw your spells/dmg to finish the game. Comparable to aluneth for mage but with you milling faster but getting more cards too.

No, it is not the problem of the card, if you build the deck with this card you prepare to be super agressive and put many low cost cards to make a lot of pressure in beggining of the game, if you draw the card then only will work as you planned, you will play very agressive and when your lose steam play the card and finishing the job.
The real problem is this card is legendary, you can only have one, what means the biggest risky of the strategy is not draw the card and the deck lose steam very fast, mage Aluneth players know what I talking about, so...
Is not a "win more card" issue but a deck it need a very specific draw to work, and if you put more high cost/value cards trying to mitigate this you risky don't be fast enough to the card work in the first place.
Might be interesting with Kingsbane, this, then play your spiders and Zola/Bankers on them, and send Banker back to your hand. Even better if already in DK.
I don't know the lore, but to me, Maiev's portrait always looked spiderish. I always try to pick her when I play a spider deck even though I prefer flashing my golden Valeera the rest of the time.
This seems to be another one of those Rogue legendaries that is hard to estimate before the set is fully revealed, and even then, it might take everyone by surprise because it performs much better than expected.
Or the card will just be an oscurity that nobody can make use of. Either way, it's certainly an effect that is thought-provoking and begs for getting abused somehow. Cool card to say the last.

In a Deathrattle Deck: Turn 7
Dollmaster Dorian + Myra's Unstable Element
SO wish this playable by paladin :_(
Hearthstone finally has a turn 1 suicide combo like Magic The Gathering has and it is beautiful.

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

Great Ancient Shade synergy in wild. :^)
The last thing aggro/Baku pally needs is more fucking draw....

Leyline Spider: everyone get in here!!!
Day 1 Trolden video: book of secrets casts it and the loose. Day 2: Yogg does the same.

I think a combo with Preparation and King Togwaggle could potentially be a serious threat.

Mill
because rogue doesn't have enough card draw already?
kisses are a better fate than wisdom
Are we sure this is a collectible card, as opposed to something like The Crystal Core or other quest rewards?
