even after getting it 5 times in row i can't think about reason to place/build deck around it if cost was 3 mana yea, what's your opinion is it useful or not?
I'm not a huge fan of RNG cards and this is a big one of those. It could pay off majorly or not at all. It depends on how much of a risk taker you are.
In terms of effectiveness. You need to draw at least an 4 mana cost or higher card for it to be effective enough for the mana. It actually ain't that hard considering most paladin decks tend to have a heavy amount of 4 drops in them. However, the few times whenever you draw a 1 mana secret you will curse this card and throw it into the garbage.
The general problem is the reliability. In a regular deck the potential outcome will not overcome the risk you are taking with it. Hammer of Wrath will simply be superior in the majority of cases. To make the card work, the deck has to be built around the card. Some time ago I tried a 4 mana+ deck to try make the card more reliable. The deck was something like this, with some different cards due to me missing most of the cards. http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1711-theory-big-paladin-deck
The big problem with the deck was turns 4-8, as a single card was rarely enough to deal with all his cards. In the majority of cases I lost by turn 7 and all the cards I played before was either easily removed or did not make enough impact to turn the tide. The few times when Truesilver Champion and Twilight Drakes carried me out to turn 8, the deck simply weren't strong enough to compete in the late game compared to the other player.
Now, if I would try the concept again, I'd certainly reduce the limit to 3+ mana to increase the effectiveness in the early game. The deck would be mostly creature based due to the awesome synergy Holy Wrath has with Venture Co. Mercenary. Blessed Champion shenanigans would likely have to go in favor of stronger early game. Mana Wraith might be a possible addition for the same reason as Venture Co. Mercenary.
Indeed, the Molten Giant is useful in a Holy Wrath deck, but mostly if you plan on using it as a burn spell. Would be a shame to hit 20 damage on a 4 health minion.
The problem with the Molten Giant is that when you are below 14 health, he simply turns weaker and weaker in terms of holy wrath. Most likely Holy Wrath won't be played instantly on turn 5. I figure it will mostly be used in the later parts of the game where you likely will have taken some damage already and the card's strength is already gone. I figure dealing 0 damage with the card would make most people cry.
It's hard to tell what kind of scenarios would occur the most without trying him out in a such deck. I figure the Mountain Giant would be a more reliable card with similar strength. In the early game he will be around 5 mana, and as the game progresses his cost will likely increase compared to decrease. Not denying the potential of 20 damage Molten Giant, but I feel that you will most likely lose too much health before an optimal time to use Holy Wrath occurs.

TL:DR
Hammer of Wrath most times better. Deck has to be built around the card or it's garbage. Has awesome synergy with Venture Co. Mercenary.
