When I read the patch, my first thoughts weren't, "HOLY SHIT. Tess is now unplayable, where is my 1600 dust?????" I thought, "Hm, that makes sense. Doesn't change much for me, as I don't usually play stuff that might randomly fuck up my own board, and I've never hit 30 cards played by Tess."
I think ya'll are being greedy.

People crafted this card AFTER seeing how it works. It's not a matter of them making a risky decision based on poor understanding of game mechanics.
Hearthstone has a LONG history of unintuitive and unclear card interactions. The smart thing for any player to do when reading a card like Tess is to wait and see how in this particular case, Tess would work.
They did. They diligently watched. They saw how Tess was working, and based on that made their decision as to whether or not to craft it.
Now Blizzard has changed the way the card works making it unquestionably less powerful. It's as clear cut a nerf as any has been.
Wait, this is absolutely right. This is exactly a nerf. Definition:
"(lowercase) Slang. (in a video game) to reconfigure (an existing character or weapon), making it less powerful: The game development team nerfed several guns in the recent update."
It is a card/character. It is being made less powerful. It's a nerf. I want my option for 1600 dust.
I will also choose not to nerf it, because I did it with Yogg and regret it infinitely.

?? So because a card doesn't see play in top tier decks or isn't op when it's nerfed it doesn't count? Stop being delusional, it is a nerf.
Whether Blizzard should give dust or not is another problem, but they should to keep it more consistent with other nerfs /s

I play quite a bit of Tess Rogue in Wild. This won't change a single thing for me. Stop assuming shit.

What did I assume? That it doesn't see play in top tier decks or that it's not op? What does it have to do with you playing it in Wild? I never said it's an unplayed card or that you in particular don't play it, neither I care about how you play the game.
And good for you if it doesn't affect you at all, but you're not the only Hearthstone player here.

I dont denied i am greedy :P but i also spend a lot of money in the game so if i see a oppurtunity to get free dust i do that XD

You assumed my evaluation of Tess was based entirely on "it's not in a T1 deck, and it's not OP, so any change cannot be a nerf."
The situation yall are crying about it pretty fringe. The order cards are replayed is and always was random, so you could have summoned a bunch of stuff then cast Twisting Nether.

It's not a nerf. It's more consistent with how cards work, and most likely how future cards that do similar things will work. I'm guessing Shudderwock works the same, if there was some battlecry that could destroy it.
It is a nerf. It was INTENDED for it to NOT act like Yogg, they confirmed that when they announced the card. Changing it to yogg style is directly nerfing the card, not applying "consistency"
It's not a nerf, and you don't deserve free dust for it.
"Deserve" doesn't enter into it. Blizzard will either refund or not based on their business interests. If there's enough outcry/voting with your wallet it might change their mind, similar the the DK Rexxar beast change. But you certainly aren't the arbiter of who gets refunds.

Thank God Blizzard doesn't just give out free dust if the community whines loudly enough.

Then why isn't it a nerf? Yogg had the exact same change and it was considered a nerf. Even if it's not a balance-wise nerf it still got nerfed because the underlying game mechanics got changed in a way in which the card ends up being less powerful (and there's still a balance change in making it only replay 30 cards at most). It's like Druid's quest, with this change it also gets nerfed because using Faceless Manipulator on a 5 attack minion doesn't count, neither do things like Forbidden Ancient.
Why are you so stubborn on defending that? It's up to Blizzard if they decide to give dust or not, which they won't, but that doesn't make it any less of a nerf.

Lol how does that even affect you? "OMG Blizzard gave refunds for other people's cards and I'm furious about it. Please God do something about it!"
edit: Also Blizzard 100% gives refunds when the community whines enough. Caverns Below anyone?
An unplayable rng card gets slightly worse 1/100 times she is played. I would love the refund, but I am not sure if it makes sense for minior reworks like this

I would like to support a company with integrity, not one that rewards childish behavior like whining to get their way.
If this is how most people play Tess (playing any and every 'other class' card with zero regard to how it affects the Tess pool, then playing Tess and not caring if she lives or dies) then:
I am completely shocked because I've never considered playing her in that way. From day 1 that I crafted her, I've always given careful consideration to playing 'other class' cards in terms of how it affects her pool, and typically will not play cards that might fuck up my own board or kill her just to avoid the small chance that it happens. To me, this is really obvious, and the correct way to play Tess.
^ This.
