Chance to get an 'other class' card that has a non zero chance to destroy Tess when Tess is played (Wild/Standard) rounded up, and not counting card synergy, such as Acidmaw + Powershot on Tess:
Druid: 3% / 1.5%
Hunter: 0% / 0%
Mage: 6% / 6%
Paladin: 2% (and I'm being extremely generous with this one) / 2% (again, pretty generous and also rounding up from 1.5%)
Priest: 5% / 6%
Shaman: 8% / 9%
Warlock: 9% (being a bit generous here, especially including cards like Cataclysm) / 11%
Warrior: 3% (another I had to stretch a bit on) / 2% (rounding up from 1.5%)
This is the chance to get one of these from an 'add a random card from your opponent's class' card. You don't have to play them. The situation you all are talking about is extremely fringe. > 90% of the time this affects Tess in NO WAY.
That is all fine and dandy but we have yet to hear from u if her power lvl has been reduced or not. All those % u just gave had 0 s BIG FAT 0 chance to stop Tess from casting the rest of the cards. Now she stops casting if she gets killed by that Polymorph u used before on eneny Lich King for example. Now she stops cause the first thing she does is to poly herself. BEFORE SHE DIDN'T! !!!!!
BLIZZARD SAID SHE WORKED LIKE PRE-NERF YOGG. NOW SHE DOESN'T. HOW'S THAT FOR INTEGRITY?
I played Tess Rogue all afternoon yesterday after the patch. It affected my gameplay exactly zero. In Yogg decks, the whole idea was to load up a bunch of spells, drop Yogg, and watch the fireworks happen with 30+ spells. Yogg killing/transforming itself was pretty common, so the nerf was a HUGE deal.

You already can get dust from DE'ing Tess. The community wants a full 1600 dust refund for a change that affects 2% of games.
No way in hell im dusting Tess for 400. Its pretty obvious why they nerfed her. Next exp is turning her into a powerhouse by some new cards. Meaning now ppl will dust her for 400 and when she gets new cards ppl are gonna buy witchwood packs cause all of a sudden shes op and this minor nerf but a nerf nonetheless is Blizzards way to balance her a bit without giving players 1600 dust cause u know that's bad for profit.
Anyone who fought to say Shudderwock didn’t get nerfed and now says Tess is nerfed is super wrong.
also: just like Shudderwock, Tess’s changes/nerfs/whatever you want to call them don’t change the card in a fundamental way, especially since both cards only play previously played cards. Yogg plays random spells and is only based on the number of spells played.
Not the same.
I'm retracting this statement for one simple reason that I totally and completely missed because I'm a dunce sometimes: Donais said that Tess would work like pre-nerf Yogg, then they stepped that back with this nerf. That's on the same level and deserves the same treatment.
This is a matter of consistency and the dust refund is deserved.

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
Card refunds where you have to exchange the card you paid for to receive an equal amount of dust is free stuff and card changes that drastically alter how you can play a card aren't nerfs. Sure okay pal.
Kaladin, did you choose that name or did Blizzard? We have a regular Theon Greyjoy in here, or should I say, Reek. You are arguing against options for the player base, aka yourself. You need to do some soul searching bud, only the most pathetic of fanboys do a company's bidding without being paid.
You argue for Blizzard's integrity and yet you ignore the fact that not giving refunds for card changes no matter how technical is a new thing that began with Shudderwock. Remember Dreadsteed? That card was changed due to future interactions and had nothing to do with the power level of the card itself but we got a refund. The Yogg nerf is word for word the same as the Tess nerf and we got a refund for that. We even have evidence that Tess' original design was intentional but Blizzard put it under bug fixes. Why is that? How can a design choice suddenly be a bug?
Whether a card is changed fundamentally or technically, the point of refunds is to allow you a chance to change your mind because Blizzard has changed theirs. You want to argue for integrity? How about you show a little bit of your own. All I see is a groveling fanboy who would gladly lick the boots of their master.

Excuse me? The fuck is this shit. If you've got baseless insults to sling my way, either keep it yourself or send it in a PM. Because I disagree with the community I'm a piece of shit fanboy with no integrity now? I don't think you know what that word even means. If i simply caved to all of yalls opinion just because I'm outnumbered, THAT would be the definition of lacking integrity.
I stick by my argument. This change is extremely minor, not a nerf, and not worthy of giving out 1600 dust to f2ps.

While i agree that nobody should change their own opinions i think that FINALLY Kaladin's issue with the complains has been finally revealed.
Quotation "not worthy of giving out 1600 dust to f2ps" lets all stop and reflect on this. Kaladin doesn't need the dust cause he has plenty or buys packs on a regular basis and doesnt want f2p ppl to get a 1600 dust cause that will bridge the gap between those that pay and those that don't pay.
U arent arguing cause u feel its not a nerf u are arguing cause u dont want ppl that dont spend money on the game to get "free" dust. This is a bad example of a HS member. This is problematic and we shouldn't be talking about Kaladins hate towards others and yet he and he alone brought this to himself.
Yes let's do that before u say something like "not worthy of giving 1600 dust to f2ps" cause that seems on topic. Topic is about Tess power lvl being reduced and being a nerf or not and thus being able to be full refunded and not if its worthy or not of giving f2ps 1600 dust.
Want topic? Ok reply to this: is Tess power lvl been reduced even if its only 1% in power? Yes or no will suffice. Thanks
This thread is a mess thanks to you Kaladin. If it gets locked, it's your fault. You have no real reason to support Blizzard here other than trying to deny people of getting 1600 dust refund from Tess.
Kaladin is clearly is mistaken here. If everybody would accept their mistakes when they are mistaken it would be easier to live in this world. But accepting them requires high amount of wisdom.

What you're referring to would be on par with a change to Spreading Plague, where the 5th minion summoned was a 1/4 instead of a 1/5, and because 'the power level is changed' you want a dust refund. The power level of Tess is mostly unchanged. This will affect 1 to 2% of games, with a less than 1% reduction of power. The math is on my side on this one. If that's what you call a nerf then we just disagree on what a nerf is. You want me to call it a nerf? Ok sure. But it's one that won't affect Tess in any meaningful way and is most certainly not worth giving out a dust refund.

The Problem is not his opinion, its that his opinion is fueled by the fact he doesn't want f2ps to get 1600 dust. He keeps juggling around the fact the Tess is weaker now, even if its just a minor thing he just wont admit it cause that would make his words say Tess got nerfed which in turn would mean f2ps garbage like me should not get 1600 so we cant get more competitive against ppl like him that have a full collection.

No, my guess is they changed Tess because they have more cards that do similar things planned, and consistency is a good thing in a game.

It´s a change that is a nerf. But the impact is irrelevant ... So a call for refund seems greedy but "Legally" correct. LoL ..

Also stop comparing this to Yogg. It's not even close to the same, though I'm starting to suspect that's how most people (incorrectly) play her.
