Great...now Odd Pally, a deck I cannot stand, becomes stronger.
Jesus fucking christ, are people really this dumb?
Tell me, would you pay 5 mana to play 3 one drops? I don't think you would.
5 mana to draw 3 cards and play them immediately(all 1 mana cards). Or 2 mana to draw 3 cards, then play them all.
How is that bad value?
it's not bad value, but it's not good enough for a hard-aggro deck like Odd Paladin. Remember you'd also have to run a lot more 1-drops to justify 2x call to arms, which further damages deck quality.

Drawing and playing 3 one drops is a lot different from drawing and playing 3 random cards. You make it sound as if it's actually comparable.
I personally never found STR a good card, and the only reason people even played it is because Steward of Darkshire was a card back then. I don't expect this card to be good without any synergy to back it up.
Everybody saying odd paladin wont benefit from this, they will. Odd paladin biggest counters get nerfed, call to arms will be played because argent protectors are really good. Maybe we will see hyper aggresive pallys where 5 mana play 3 one mana cards is justified., i wouldnt even be surprised to see gravelsnout knights
Even Paladin is dead, but then, with the latest refinements (Vala'nyr, Argent Commander, etc) it might not actually affect Paladin at all.
The 1 mana hero Power gone will now open the possibility to combine all that with more quality cards like Righteous Protector, Leeroy Jenkins, Divine Favor, Vicious Fledgling, Fungalmancer and even Harrison Jones for more card draw. Even tech Mindbreaker.
The overall Paladin cards are so good that someone even won 12 games in the Brawliseum forgetting to put Greymane in.
The real question is would you pay 2 mana to draw 3 1 drop cards from your deck?
On turn 5? Pretty sure I wouldn't.
But let's assume for a moment this card is actually viable in odd paladin as a one of. I sure as hell don't see it changing the deck's power level by some extreme amount, like people are somehow suggesting.

Not really. Right now the most popular Odd Pally deck runs 10 one drop minions
Righteous Protector
Archerus Veteran
Dire More
Argent Squire
Glacial Shard
For comparison, the most popular version of Even Pally runs less 2 drop minions (9 total), and uses 2 CTA's.
Knife Juggler x 2
Loot Hoarder x 2
Dire Wolf Alpha x 2
Amani Beserker x 2
Swamp Ooze x 1
So already Odd Pally uses more 1 drop minions than Even does 2 drop minions, and Even still uses 2 CTA's. Sure, those 2 drops are better obviously but you could now replace Dire Mole with Gravelsnout as one potential change...

Dude the card is very strong because you cicle your deck 4 or 5 mana, instantly remove 3 cards from your deck and put in the field that is a OP card no matter what.
Love this nerf, it's the exact one I've been advocating for. Removes it from Even Paladin, slows it down for Murloc Paladin, and gives it to Odd Paladin where it can only pull 1-drops (where it'll still be strong and useable but much less broken). Can't wait for this change to go live.

I would say the same to you. Would you pay 5 mana to draw three cards? And then 0 mana to play those three cards? I think you would.
Think before you post. There's more to CtA than the mana cost of the cards involved...
Hmmm . . .
Call to Arms is a tutoring effect - you don't draw three cards off the top, you draw three specific cards from the deck. Drawing three 1-mana minions was costed at 3-mana on Small-Time Recruits - the card never really saw competitive play, suggesting that the tutoring effect is competitively costed at 2-mana. It's also important to remember that Call to Arms doesn't actually play any minions - it summons them, and the minions lose their Battlecry effects. That's a big deal for 1-mana minions - the best 1-drops have 1ish mana Battlecries attached to a 2/1 body. A 2-mana version of STR would see plenty of play in aggressive Paladin lists - for 5-mana, you draw the three weakest minions from your deck, and play them. The nerfed version of CTA seems quite weak in comparison - for 5-mana, you draw the three weakest minions from your deck, but lose their Battlecries when you "play" them.
It will require testing - current iterations of the deck run a handful of 1-drops that turn into vanilla 2/1s with CTA, which presumably isn't worth running the card. At 5-mana, the nerfed card will also be competing with a couple of cards which simply seem much better - Fungalmancer and Level Up!. We'll know in a couple of weeks, I suppose . . .
While I certainly agree with you regarding the battle cries (specifically Archerus Veteran and Glacial Shard), I also think that Righteous Protector is an excellent one drop, comparable in value to the 2 drops used in Even. Argent Squire is decent. Additionally you have Gravelsnout, which would give you a 2/3 body without the negative battlecry that playing it entails. So hypothetically, let's say you are playing Odd Pally and the board was just cleared due to a defile, hellfire, duskbreaker etc.
Turn 4 + coin gives you one Gravelsnout, one Righteous and one Glacial. Yes, you've lost your Glacial battlecry and are only gaining a 2/1 body on the board but I still think that's valuable. If you have a fungalmancer as you state you can buff whatever minions remain on your turn 5 or use cards such as Blessing of Might or Unidentified Maul.
Of course you would play 5 mana draw 3 one drops and play them. In every normal and odd paladin deck.
Not sure to what degree that's actually better than playing an actual good 5 drop like scalebane, which also happens to be extremely good in a deck that can flood the board consistently.
People tend to overrate deck thinning massively in this game, particularly in aggro decks. There will be very, very few games where it will actually end up making a difference to thin your deck by 3 cards. And if you take that out of the equation, this card could basically read 5 mana: "summon 3 random 1 drops from your deck" which just isn't a good card at all(unless you have very good synergy with said 1 drops).
This is actually a good change since the decks that abuse it, will be slowed a turn, but Odd Paladin won't benefit from it as much keeping it in check.

Yeah lets make odd pally stronger and Murloc pally will stay as murloc pally.
Paladin still will be broken thank you.
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
This nerf had it coming. This card virtually single-handedly made even paladin broken, and that shouldn't happen.

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
Aaaand this card is garbage now.
Now i regret dusting golden CTA *face palm*
Odd paladin won't run it, 5 mana for 3 1-Cost minions is really bad value
