While I agree that some nerfs are in order, I don't think it's bc they make the game "unplayable" or "broken" but rather because they limit what standard was supposed to do, namely: make the game mode vary and change. currently cubelock, spiteful decks and your run of the mill aggro paladins are hindering that. Also, I don't think just changing mana cost will change much, I'd rather have their effects updated to be more fair.
I actually suggested the silver hand change once too, but it's so odd (get it?) to change a hero power upgrade.
I only really agree with the call to arms nerf as that card does way too much for 4 Mana. The rest are strong effects but there are ways to counter them and I don't think they break the game.
Making CtA 5 mana is a nerf to Even pally which has better statistisc than Odd pally, and Odd only pull 1 drops so its not that OP pulling 3 1drops for 5 mana

A broken card is card that either wins the game by itself, sees play in too many different classes or a card that promotes RNG/draw RNG too much.
Just because a card is good for more that an expansion cycle and people no longer like to play with it, does not mean it needs to get destroyed, forcing people to play other cards. People get annoyed/bored way too easily these days.
There will always be better and worse cards, so people like this will never be happy.
Anyway, better cards will come sooner or later. Until then, I say just enjoy the game the way it is, have fun winning with the good cards as much as possible.
cube isn't really the card that needs a nerf, and this proposal completely changes the spirit of the card. it actually makes it very strong with battlecry synergies (you'd run it in like, a wild mill deck with coldlights, and that would be a pain in the ass). if you feel cubelock needs a nerf (i'm not sure it does), doomguard's charge is what needs to be targeted. pact and lackey are fine if doomguard's charge is conditional to the battlecry. CtA can't be 5 now because of baku pally, which would 100% become the most busted deck in the game. it either needs to recruit three 1 cost minions or two 1/2 cost. spiteful only needs a nerf because it's so boring to play and play against. maybe 8 cost is a fine nerf, i dunno, maybe make spiteful a 2/2. they should have printed some weak 8/10 drops this expansion. baku hunter doesn't seem to be very prevalent nor super strong right now. but i would kind of like this nerf because it might make baku hunter an ok control-ish deck. baku pally definitely needs a nerf somehow, but i don't think copying dk uther's power is the right approach. making level up cost 6 is a big buff to genn pally.

It goes around like clockwork, when one thing gets nerfed they will move to the next best thing. Most obvious example was how Razakus used to be a fairly obscure deck during the early KoFT days, then Jade Druid was nerfed and everyone goes "hey...it actually turns out Priest is pretty good, let's do something about that".
Even though I don't find the current meta (if you can call it that, things haven't shaped out yet) very interesting, there is no one card right now that strikes me as problematic. Everything is managable. If one archetype is causing frustration, we as players can have the willpower to play a deck which counters that.
Cube is not the problem. I'm personally ok with them cube-ing the voidlords , it's not so much of an agressive play. But having a doomguard behind the voidlords , charging and getting cubed , that's the real problem. Doomguard should only get charge when summoned from hand with the cost of 2 cards being discarded. Zoo can still play it that way as an agressive card while cube lock has to be a control deck without doomguards , wich is fine I think.
Might be against the lore, but if you just remove the 'Demon' tag from the card, this card will be out of Cubelock and will still see play in Zoolock etc...
What I don't like the idea of discarding 2 cards to gain charge, is the fact that there are plnety of times where you have 1/0 cards in your hand, and it will not have charge, eventhough you actually completed your battlecry.
How the f**k can people still complain about the cubelocks ? There are much more cancerous decks around such as Taunt Druid, Quest Rogue, Even Paladin that has every single response to each deck...
Blizzard has gone too far with some cards. They're acting like a kid with maximalism. Like Diablo 3 Jay Wilson's "doubled it" all over again. Why did they make Warlock DK summon EVERY demon on top of a ridiculously good hero power? Why does Hadronox need to summon ALL taunts? Why does Shudderwock replay ALL battlecries? There are more cards like this, but you get the point.

only card that should be nerfed is Naga Sea Witch. Very unfun and unfair to play against. Maybe call to arms...
Disagree with all of these nerfs. The only card that I think deserves a nerf in the game is Dark Pact to 2 mana.

Lol baku hunter is a terrible deck. If you think that upgraded hero power needs to be nerfed you are honestly a trash player.

I'm fine with a small spiteful nerf. The others are all fine.
Cube especially is fine. It's only a problem in warlock. It's fun but not overpowered everywhere else. Just nerf the problem (warlock).

No idea why you want to move the dragon package back because it was one of the most hated decks from previous expansion, same goes for Mad Scientist
I agree with you. Don’t know why the kids said no. I would like also to add the Naga. In this way we have all the problematic cards.
