With Greymane, the Paladin is able to summon a 1/1 on TURN 1.
This can remain on the board indefinitely, meaning it's basically an unlimited source of damage in a long enough game. However, the rest of the hero powers only have a one turn benefit.
I assume this was a mistake overlooked by the developers, otherwise they would have not made Greymane usable for paladin.
No other class in the game can get a 1/1 on turn one guaranteed. That's absolutely ridiculous.
Well greymane by itself is not a problem... Call to arms always was the problem, also tarim hits more often. 1 mana hero power is fine. Paladin just has way too many strong even cards.
Before the rotation, Hunter could always drop 2 1/1 on the first turn because Alleycat is always in your opening hand. Had to go to wild because I miss my kitties.

Ah yeah, something is strong so it must be bad design.
In fact 99% of people who play this can't deal with the fact that some things are strong. They want everything that is good nerfed within 30 seconds of an expansion release and then when they end up getting nerfed they want what then becomes strong to be nerfed right after and then criticise everyone involved in HS. It'll never stop and it will never stop until every class and every neutral card is simply 1 mana 1/1, 2 mana 2/2 etc. A certain solution would be to make HS a game where you sub per month and if you sub you get access to all cards, but most people I guess have a problem because they have to make do with what cards they deck and get crushed by those playing these apparently cancerous decks. That way everyone can play what they want. But that won't ever, ever happen.

Fix your game Blizzard.
I can't figure out if this is a troll post.
I will say, what makes Baku (and to a lesser degree Genn) good is that they do relieve the necessity of resource managment. There was a good post by RenoJackson about it yesterday.

I think his argument is that you don't need to mulligan for the t1 1/1, it's just guaranteed. How I miss the Alley Cats though, they were the real mvp :(

Then turn 2, drop a 1 drop and hero power so on for turn 3 unless better curve minions are in hand

Holy crap, you just inspired me to create this new OP archetype. Turn 1 dominance!

Did I just break the game..?
K&C: "Spiteful Summoner and Possessed Lackey are enabling heavy mana cheating and are toxic for the game"
WW: "FOCKIN' 1-MANA 1/1, REEEEEEEE"
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
How the hell are you going to drop a 1-drop and hero power when your deck only consist of even mana card
It has to be a troll post, the only thing more rare than a shudderwock shaman on ladder is a greymane paladin. Baku paladin is the more popular build.
I would say (compared to other 1-mana minions) 1/1 is pretty bad, except for “starting” in your hand.
The general 1-mana minion usually has 4 stats split in attack and health, unless it has an effect.
too many paladins?
just play Fire Plume's Heart
and get rekt by cubelocks :D
Magma Rager is OP too ...... it has 5 attack for only 3 mana!!!!!!!!!
